Neo Chypre 2.0
Before I ordered it blind, I watched a few videos as I always do, but unfortunately there was only one video where a woman from the USA mentioned it a little. So I had a rough idea of what to expect. She said it was very similar to Tuscan Leather & Godolphin.
I can definitely understand the intention, but the Chypre Toscano is more related to the Russian Tea by Masque Milano. I have owned this fragrance for two years now, and I am slowly realizing that I had an absolutely wrong impression of the scent … It seemed to me like a non-fruity version with a green touch of Tuscan Leather. After extensive testing and studying, I noticed that I was completely off.
It does have Chypre nuances, but only a little. The main focus is on the black leather, which is rounded off with tea and Chypre notes, complemented by a minimal fruitiness.
A very, very underrated label!
