Cream for an elegant lady
When I apply the sample, I immediately smell ivy! Other garden impressions follow in the first minute, I think of freshly mown grass, flower meadows, the smell of bent stems while gardening. The greenery quickly fades into the background and light spring flowers take over. I can't make out any particular note, everything melts into a light creaminess. The fragrance brings back memories of carefree times at my grandmother's vacation home when she was much younger, elegantly dressed and perfectly coiffed for all occasions, she and her house smelled like this.
Others may find it lacking in complexity, oomph and sillage, but I like perfumes that are simply beautiful in an unobtrusive way, and this one is a highlight of my tests in recent years.
