Simply beautiful
Right after spraying, I understand the classification as a Cologne; it smells fresh, citrusy, slightly bitter, and summery. I try to figure out what it reminds me of, and then it hits me: It smells like the idealized memory of visits to the garden center, happy summer days with my mother, surrounded by freshly watered plants and flowers. The floral scent is subtle yet enchanting, mixed with a hint of freshly crushed greens. Over time, the green stems dissipate, and the creamy white floral base typical of Providence Perfume emerges in a bitter-fresh variation with vetiver.

I find the scent beautiful and reach for it again and again. Anyone who likes Colognes and flowers should give it a try and form their own opinion.

A Strange Story
Christmas Giveaway Comment No. 6
Have you ever sat down on a freshly painted park bench and then found white paint stuck to your backside?
Have you ever been in a very important meeting/job interview/at your own wedding and then realized you had an entire patch of cress stuck between your teeth?

Did you then wake up from this nightmare and find out you were lying next to a chlorinated swimming pool in the blazing sun?

Me neither.

Branch & Vine smells really strange, which is not necessarily uncool. I actually participate in this whole fragrance journey mainly to experience such curiosities. The opening smells like wall paint, accompanied by cress, and later there’s a hint of chlorine.
After a few minutes, these chaotic impressions settle down, and the white flowers come to the forefront, making me associate it with rubber.
The sillage is in the lower mid-range, and the longevity is about 6 hours.

A very realistic green floral scent. Smells like when you slice the stems of a bouquet to put into water.

Caution: Freshly painted!
Cress between the teeth,
too much chlorine in the pool.
Flowers with a rubber coating.

The combination of sunflower (in itself difficult), lily of the valley, and white flowers along with bitter components feels harsh and unwelcoming!

Starts fresh-citrusy + white blossoms, becomes green, a hint of almond/Tonka, a pinch of sweetness, powdery, spicy-sharp, a pleasantly balanced scent.

Delicate green-wrapped floral splendor with a creamy finish, initially a bit sharp.

Herb-bitter sunflower oil, unripe green, lily of the valley. Hours later soft + mild with fir balsam, vetiver. No chemical scent. 1a

A fresh breeze came up briefly as Mr. Vetiver and Madame Orange Blossom met for their rendezvous. All the other flowers? Gone.

Solvent and peppery vetiver. My low point from an otherwise interesting brand.
