Flathead makes you feel good

This fragrance should be my first review because he has done something with me what has not yet managed to the extent of a fragrance: It has evoked an association with me. And this I would like to share with you: Imagine you are on a beautiful sandy beach in Corsica, on an old wooden jetty overgrown with seaweed and algae, hold your olfactory bulb in the salty breeze, take a deep nose and do the flat-bop of your life. That's exactly where I saw myself testing this scent. The longevity is averagely good, the vibe is above average. The only thing I can't smell out are the other notes like the absinthe and the nuoc-mam (the Vietnamese dipping sauce), I'm probably not a professional enough for that.

Rammstein meets Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

Rammstein's new one follows the tradition of being a fragrance that is bursting with individuality and does not claim to be a daily office fragrance. But it is another building block in the great Rammstein perfume library, of which you simply have to collect every single one. I only know this much creativity and speed in development from Tom Ford. So far there is not a single "Aqua Commercial" underneath. Amazing. Seaman also has teeth and bites not bad.

Sailor opens with a salty seawater note, follows with fresh seaweed and a stiff sea breeze - much fresher, but also more tart than all these sugar waters a lá Aqua di Gio or Cool Water.
In the drydown I have the feeling to sniff a freshly taken from the sea coral (who has ever done this, will agree with me). Not for the faint of heart - but at the same time simply horny and rarely ever smelled in this way.

The only fragrance that comes to mind now, which tends to go in this direction, comes from Orto Parisi and is called Megamare - where 100 ML cost well over 200 € - and Megamare unfortunately takes my breath away because it is much too concentrated. With Seemann you can inhale with pleasure. Strong fragrance. I hope the creativity never stops with Rammstein and I hope the bar remains as active as it has been so far. Amazing and impressive small brand that pursues a high standard - despite relatively small prices

Deep waters are not still..

... Powerful comes this aquatic fragrance around the corner. Whether you like it or not probably depends on what experience you have had with rough waves. That's exactly how this scent feels - it starts out salty and tart and radiates very well at first. As time goes on, it gets a bit fresher - however, at no point is it particularly sweet. A great fragrance! This rough swell can also awaken memories of an autumn walk in Denmark.

-rather the song "Reise, Reise" instead of "Seemann"

-Be careful with the dosage, can easily become too intense, even for the environment

Seaman op Plattdüütsch

Hello all seawater sailors and sailors. If you don't want to feel like Captain Blueberry after a long journey or a sea berry after half an hour of keel neck, then that's just a fragrance.

Whenever I go on board, I make an aquatic freshness that awakens my spirits and makes me feel good for the outdoors. Woody, carnal and masculine (although there are also woody and carnal fruits), the scent spreads over my hat in a sturdy breeze, but without taking the wind out of my sails. The surroundings are amazing, even though you can only see the land on the horizon. After a few hours in the spray and thin air, I feel refreshed and strong. if you're looking for a small harbor tour that takes in the locks and canals, you're in the wrong place. That's what my hat tastes like and all that's missing is a sandy coastline to make it even more authentic.

This water is not a Caribbean coconut bomb with space and lots of exoticism; here MAN moves to the Skagerrak and Kattegat; the North Sea and not the Mediterranean. As a young man from the (Elbe) coast, I can always enjoy this scent and would love to discover more.
Blots de Holtborkeit is not so strong. Nevertheless a true niche fragrance at a fair price and good wearability.
