Red on the outside, green on the inside

Once again, one of those linear Rammstein fragrances that smell the same from start to finish and then fade away more or less quickly. And again, one where I can't pick out anything from the listed ingredients. Instead, I perceive an intense, beautiful juniper scent right from the start. So, not a spirit, but a freshly cut, lush green juniper hedge. And this wonderful scent lasts quite a long time on me, longer than the others from the same house, such as Engel, Waidmannsheil, or Sex. The bottle is actually quite okay, but the bright red color somehow doesn’t match the rather green scent for me. I saw earlier that it's becoming increasingly difficult to get a bottle, and if you do, then at horrendous prices on eBay. Those who are lucky can still find some leftover stock at Rossmann, so it's definitely worth searching for.

- seems to be the motto of this fragrance.

Who doesn't know it? It's a rainy day, you wander aimlessly through the local drugstore and indulge yourself at the fragrance shelf. Even though drugstore scents rarely convince me, I have found a gem or two there as well. The Rammstein fragrances were also present, and I was really curious as a cat on a hot tin roof when I grabbed the test vial of this specimen and sprayed it on a test strip. My first impressions summarized:

What is this?
.. Is it my nose or is the scent damn peppery?,

Even my girlfriend, who was testing the fragrances with me, immediately wrinkled her nose and said that I should dispose of the test strip quickly. If I had liked it, our friendship would probably have been put to the test, as she wouldn't have been able to stand my scent anymore. Joking aside - I can't say if the fragrance becomes nice in the dry down, as the top note already makes me shudder.

The pepperiness probably comes from the chili. The spiciness is clearly noticeable. A smoky note accompanies it. I couldn't perceive much more. I only gave it 3.5 stars because I think it's great that Rammstein brought some creativity to the drugstore. Apart from that, I find the scent incredibly exhausting and was glad when I could dispose of the test strip.

With Rammstein, it’s not just the music that hits hard!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the perfume when I saw Rammstein live,
otherwise I would have worn it and linked the memories to the concert.

Instead, I wore it when I took a drive with my vintage truck.
My truck, a 1976 Ford F150, is sturdy, has patina, and quite a few dents.
In short, a tough guy!
A tough guy like Cocaine Red Intense Reloaded - and both are red! ;)

Upon spraying, I immediately notice the incense and something prickly in my nose, probably the chili.
When I returned from my drive, the incense had mellowed and snuggled up next to sandalwood and musk.
A very nice drydown. First wild and unruly, and when the energy fades, it becomes cozy.

The bottle comes in matte red, with the Rammstein logo on one side and the chemical cocaine symbol on the other.
Longevity is a solid 10 for me! It lingers incredibly long on clothes and in my hair.
Price/performance - you get a lot of content for little money.

Cathedral Distortion Overdrive

A very pleasant incense note that transforms into an impressive top note through soft citrus notes and light florals. It is not the strict incense that takes center stage here, but rather a floral incense that evokes associations with a village church in the intoxicating landscape of Tuscany.
Caution: addictive for both men and women.
The herbal cocaine core note subtly pulses through again, giving this very pleasant fragrance a hint of toughness. Longevity? I've only had the scent for 2 days - so far the drydown remains stubbornly and pleasantly clinging to my scarf. True to a niche fragrance, not only is the top note good, but the entire progression up to the drydown remains worthwhile and delightful. A Rammstein scent that many women will appreciate, as it - strange as it may sound: smells "mystically fresh."

Doesn't reach me despite the incense. After a slightly sharper opening, the scent becomes woody, creamy, and spicy with fig undertones. It's nice, I guess.
