Classified as a Unisex, Best as a Masculine
Lavande Royale is classified as a unisex fragrance on the Roger & Gallet website. It's not. It's all man.
Lavande Royale is heavenly on my husband and only so-so on me. On him, it wears 6-8 hours with only one spray to the chest. On me, it flops a couple hours after several sprays.
On me, it opens spicy & a bit sharp, then heads straight to a cedar-oak base. No vanilla, little musk, no lavender, no citrus. I don't mind this, but I have so many other lovely scents to wear.
I think Lavende Royale it is better suited to a man's chemistry. In fact, my husband now owns the bottle. :)
