Come, sweet fragrance!
Now something has happened again.
The Hinterseer Michi has caught it. Grad of which one would never have expected. Rock solid he always stood there and now, it has also caught him. Stunned are the people. He wasn't the first. Hinterseer Michi was rather the last. From the regulars' table. All the others before him already. Got him. Like a virus, but flu nothing against it. It started with Heinzi
Heinzi was always a dream of a man. The hair alone! He had the back always so beautiful long and with highlights, they have really stood in the. The Gaby has always made him. And his Ed Hardy shirts, a dream. Always bought in Antalya on the beach. They looked great. They were a bit tight around the waist, but a butcher has to have a bit of weight, I always say. Cowboy boots anyway.
But then it began. He met there on the Internet so people. A cult. Something to do with perfume. All quite harmless, they claim, but I tell you, brainwashing nothing against it! Heinzi was always Le Mâle. Always a lot, you could smell him from afar. That was nice, it suited him. But then he got more and more mail and everything changed.
At some point he arrived and you didn't smell him from afar. Closer then already again. But fresh, after lemon and also very spicy. Like with a pinch of pepper. But he drinks tequila only very rarely and if then also with salt! It also smelled like tobacco, although Heinzi doesn't smoke at all. And sweet there was nothing, that was no longer the Heinzi!
The changes continued. He had his hair cut and the beautiful highlights, gone. And now also always a white shirt and a jacket. Cowboy boots also gone. And he smells so tart and fresh, like cool moss and flowers. His signature, he says. He's lost weight, too. Just a shadow of his former self.
With the landlord he is already still, but he hardly drinks a Gösser. He prefers to drink a wine, but not an honest Veltliner, but already a Sauvignon. And not from the big bouteille, as usual. And he always smelled discreetly now, like freshly washed. He still has the butcher's shop, after all. There is now everything organic.
So it started and little by little it has caught all. But now even the Hinterseer Michi, no one would have thought.
Last Sunday after church he stood in front of the host. With his GTI. The car was his one and only. At the Wörthersee he was always with it. He even won a prize once. He put a dead pig in the driver's seat. Strapped in according to regulations.
"If you want to interest, you have to provoke."
Then he doused the car with gasoline and set it on fire. Extinguished first of all no one, the Hinterseer Michi is yes the fire chief. Then he still has everyone a perfume sample pressed into the hand. Fantomas was written on it. And Sécrétions Magnifiques. Then at the innkeeper's there was an Aperol spritz...

So first of all, I don't think Tabac Vert would convince a true apologist of Le Male. Tabac Vert is already very oldschool and relatively serious not to say fun.
He starts fresh with lemon and also already quite spicy. Pepper I perceive and also already equal tobacco. This is actually rather green and does not smoke first. It also comes very soon clearly floral notes, of which I could not say where from. And after about 15 minutes, moss. Lots of moss. Nice, cool moss. Moss is something Rogue does very well anyway, and they don't skimp on it.
Towards the base, it becomes increasingly soapy and woody notes come through. There is probably the cedar in the game, even if it does not stand out for me as often. And at the very end, the tobacco takes over again something the upper hand and the fragrance is even very slightly smoky.
If I didn't know better, I'd say Tabac Vert is a little older, dates from the 70s. Could well be from Aramis, which is quite meant as a compliment. Under the sting, he was a little too dry and fun-free for me to want him.
Durability and silage are perfect. Price-wise, I find him a little too high set.
Thanks to Serafina for the testing opportunity!
To clarify, le mâle is fine. Mullets are fine. So is driving GTI. Cowboy boots are okay. Ed Hardy shirts are horrible, but if you like it, fine too. Gösser is good, especially the Naturradler. Grüner Veltliner, however, is antifreeze. And Wolf Haas is above reproach and may I be forgiven for writing it.
