Good Mood in a Bottle
I honestly didn’t expect to love this scent so much. It felt pretty generic or safe to me at first, but then I realised how much I was inclined to wear it again. My oh my this is addictive…
ÔIKB starts out with a soothing and smooth, yet earthy and rough dose of carrot-like iris, which is pretty much the centre of its composition. It’s funny, because at first I thought Dior Homme Intense smelled a lot like carrot skin, but that’s just mild in comparison with this. The carrots also yin-yang with a fair amount of lavender, to make it even more palatable. There still is a vague bit of darkness to it in the background, presumably from the leather and spicy notes.
After a while, I’d say around the 6-hour mark, it smells less carroty and more floral. Lavender showcases that it’s able to be sharp and dark as well. To me, this fragrance is detectable for around 8 hours. I sadly don’t get great projection after 2-3 hours myself, but others might experience it differently.
Overall, if you’re interested in an extraordinary feel good scent, this is a must-try. Truly wondrous stuff.
