Unexpected Recognition - Truly Classic Oud?
A simple statement,
just a little longer.
Taif Al Emarat makes incredibly good fragrances and the bottles, especially this one in completely matte black, are simply some of the most beautiful I have in my collection, and this one happens to be next to the Arabians Tonka?
The first time I sprayed it
and I knew I recognized this scent.
Immediately I had the association with Intense Cafe
but not quite, a few minutes later it came back to me,
this one smells like Arabians Tonka
Both sprayed and the similarity is almost 1:1...
which disappointed me a bit since I already have the scent in my collection and
I had hoped for more, especially with the name "Classic Oud | Taif Al-Emarat / طيف الإمارات",
I get almost nothing of Oud here,
the only difference is that the "Classic Oud | Taif Al-Emarat / طيف الإمارات" feels a bit more natural
and the performance is more finely tuned and not so loud,
but do we really need that?
