Sweet, sweeter, this one.
Now it's here. Auctioned - once again - solely based on the scent notes and various comments in perfume forums, on eBay.
At first, I thought this was a bad purchase (luckily, I’ve rarely had complete misbuys until now). My goodness, it’s sweet! At least at first, I expected something fresher, more citrusy, because of the blood orange and the yuzu. I can barely sense the blood orange; instead, magnolias and raspberry sorbet hit me directly, and it’s probably also the osmanthus.
Later, it becomes more floral, more vanilla-like, still very, very sweet, but I like it. I think I can smell a bit of amber and caramel too.
No, it’s really nice now, it truly lifts my spirits. It just takes a few minutes. And it’s definitely not something for every day; if overdone, it would probably scare off many people. But still, it’s sooo beautiful.
