Too peachy
I am now 75 reviews from completing my “365 reviews in 365 days”-project. It is getting harder to find fragrances in my collection that are interesting enough to write something about. Luckily, I stumble over new experiences every day. Today it was the bottle that inspired me.
The bottle is what I call classic. The square, chubby piece is a beauty in every bathroom - the shape so elegant and simple, yet decorative and something you reach for. It is, however, a shame that the scent is way too sweet. The peach is mentioned as a top note as well as a heart note and I must admit, that it is probably too peachy for me. I like peach in general, but not in this amount.

I must be dreaming...
When DKNY Red Delicious wasn't working with my skin chemistry, a sales assistant suggested Dreaming to me as a similar fragrance which might match my skin type.

Although I hate to disagree with these girls that try so hard to find you the perfect fragrance, I just couldn't find any similarities. In fact, I found it hard to smell Dreaming at all.

Several coffee beans later and the scent that is Dreaming seemed non-existant. There was the faintest hint of peach and flowers, yet I really had to inhale deeply to even smell that.

Both this fragrance and Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein take first prize for the faintest and most subtle fragrances I have ever tried. Something tells me that perhaps my nose is just incapable of smelling these scents. I do hope that they are able to be smelt by other people.

another handbag candidate
At the moment, I’m carrying Loverdose with me to boost my spirits in bustling places in the city or at boring spots like government offices.

However, the licorice scent doesn’t seem to resonate with those around me.

I am looking for something more innocuous.
Dreaming could be an everybody's darling.
It is subtle, bright, and friendly with peach, pink pepper, and blackcurrant.
The fruits are represented very lightly - without a compote character.
Freesia and lily are understated, and the sandalwood is close and creamy.
The right blend when standing shoulder to shoulder at the checkout, not wanting to disturb anyone with your aroma.

I also react unfavorably to dramatic scents in intimate proximity.

Here, Dreaming with its light, positive aura is the fragrance of choice.

Another One
Not a dream, but another one from the floral-fruity legion. I can't discern any individual notes or a fragrance progression here, just a fruit-heavy sweet-fresh mush that isn't even balanced by any kind of expressive base. Moreover, Dreaming isn't even that sweet, but rather has a touch of freshness, yet I still find it annoying - why are there so many similar, interchangeable, boring floral-fruity scents among women's fragrances in recent years, and who buys all of this?! Sorry, all Dreaming fans, but I can't appreciate 95 percent of the scents in this category.
