Bomb durability of a wonderful fragrance
A fragrance has actually managed to leave me speechless.
As is not all too rare, I spent another one of my afternoons at Müller strolling through the perfume section. I actually know almost every fragrance now, but spraying it on rarely happens. Too often I get sick during the process and regret testing it on my skin.
I have my favorite bottles at home and I won't find a new favorite anytime soon. I have something to complain about far too often. Sometimes it's the price, then the fragrance or - most often - the lack of longevity.
I almost casually sprayed 2 Tommy fragrances on myself - the classic Tommy fragrance on one wrist and the "forever" version on the other.
What can I say, it's now 21:30 and it's been over 7 hours since I sprayed the only small spray and it's STUNNING. I don't even need to touch my wrist, the fragrance surrounds me. I would like to emphasize once again that this is "only" an eau de toilette - I usually give it a wide berth, because even with the more concentrated fragrance version of the eau de parfum, I am usually disappointed with the longevity.
- I am happy. Very much so. The scent smells neat, clean, unique, not drugstore-y, not too scratchy - synthetic, soft-happy-wonderful, like well-washed sheets, freshly ironed clothes, like the morning of a sunny spring day with butterflies and sparkling water - just everything that is *beautiful*.
Just like the male version of my boyfriend. The male Tommy fragrance also smells very unique and not at all mainstream. I love love love it.
Again, the classic Tommy fragrance didn't win me over. For me, it has that typical drugstore scent that just doesn't give me a special feeling. All the better that we have been enriched with this version :-)
