Balsamic fall warmth
For the current fall weeks, I want to review a suitable fragrance: Kashimir from V Canto, which belongs to the well-known Terenzi's. I haven't heard much about this brand so far, but there are some good fragrances in the range. After the Stramonio (which goes in this popular Baccarat Rouge direction), this is probably the number 2 of this brand in terms of popularity. The nice thing is that you can often get this great warm, autumnal fragrance at top prices. RRP is 185€ per 100ml, you can get it for 60-70% less which is absolutely fair for this quality. A clear recommendation from me if you like these warm, balsamic fragrances.
The fragrance comes in a stylish fold-out box, decorated with a ribbon. It looks very classy and would also make a great gift. The bottle is also really beautifully covered with velvet, much nicer than the V series from Xerjoff in my opinion. Very soft, well made and feels great in the hand. The rest also makes a luxurious impression.
The name Kashimire fits the scent. It makes a velvety-soft impression with a great Kashmir note. To like this fragrance, you shouldn't have a problem with balsamic notes. The note here is copaiva balsam, which is probably decisive for the initial balsamic note together with this soft Kashmir. Smells really warm, cozy and perfect for cooler autumn days. Other warm, spicy-sweet notes also come through well. Notes such as amber, vanilla, sandalwood and also creamy floral notes of ylang ylang and also soft rose geranium. Overall, the pyramid is well integrated and there are no nasty surprises. Dark labdanum with great patchouli also kick in early and provide a great darker vibe. Overall, however, this creation remains quite friendly with warm, spicy-sweet notes that get the wearer through uncomfortable days. The balsamic cashmere musk and creamy ylang-ylang also make you feel well cared for and a clean vibe comes through. This fragrance is always wearable in the fall-winter, except during sports activities. Otherwise a fairly easy to wear unisex fragrance.
Performance is also quite good. It really lasts a very long time at over 10 hours and the sillage is also pleasantly dosed and yet not too much, so that it can also be worn indoors without any problems.
All in all, a great fragrance that has a very cozy and sophisticated vibe. For under 70€ a good catch and very suitable for the current season. Easy to wear with a great balsamic note. I like it very much.
