Dark and Light, Yin and Yang
A fascinating fragrance that is both dark and light, perfectly embodying Sapphire for me. A worthy conclusion to the three gemstones, it takes me back to my childhood when I had the chance to experience this masterpiece.
The scent starts balsamically dark, with the Oud beautifully woven in and not animalic. However, it is quickly captured and lifted by bright fragrance notes. This gives it a somewhat airy lightness, crystal-clear.
Floral notes supported by a light vanilla note and blood orange. The floral notes are a mix of lotus, a beautiful chamomile, which I believe creates this lightness, and a soft white rose.
This mix of dark and light makes it particularly special and very wearable for me. It is mystical and consistently piques my interest, making me want to smell it constantly. I don't want to miss a second of its development. For this reason, it is a very good date fragrance at the highest level for me. It gives one an enchanting aura that you want to be close to in order to get to know it better. Bright and friendly, but also dark and profound.
