Church associations? Yes, okay, but Royal Incense is much more than a "church scent"
When I receive comments about this fragrance shortly after applying it, it's usually something like "You smell like church," and that may well be the case, at least at the beginning of the fragrance's progression. But Royal Incense evolves over the hours from a clean, cold, slightly pungent, classy and businesslike incense scent that can be reminiscent of a cold church service to a warm, woody incense scent that is also slightly sweet due to the honey, which I absolutely love. Personally, after about 3-8 hours after applying the fragrance, I no longer have any church associations, but only perceive it as noble, warm, smooth and sensual.

Not what I was expecting....
...but still very good!
40 Knots gives the impression of being a salty aquatic, with light notes of wood and honey.
However, to my sensation, this is exactly the opposite: I perceive 40 Knots as a sweet and woody fragrance that brings a slight aquatic, salty & maritime note.
40 Knots smells to me like the following: a sailboat ride in blazing heat. The sun burns on the varnished wood of the boat, and again and again you get small salt water splashes off.

I find the smell wonderful, although less aquatic and salty than hoped for. Durability and sillage are - as usual from Xerjoff - good. Also, the popular Xerjoff flacons are simply valuable and make also on the shelf simply what her. If one or woman has the necessary change left, 40 Knots is a clear buy recommendation from me!

Flattened rowan berries on a hot tarred road...
This is what Only The Brave - Street smells like to me. It's a sweeter and, in my opinion, "younger" version of the classic. For me, the 5.3/10 rating is a bit harsh, as I find the fragrance quite acceptable, even in comparison with luxurious niche fragrances.
To me, the perfume smells like the classic Only The Brave DNA plus the note described in the headline, which is why the "Street" in the name says it all.
Due to the licorice, Only The Brave Street smells to me like red berries that have been growing on the asphalt for a while, have already had the odd car tire and really heat up in the sun together with the tar.
The name fits, as does the fragrance. I would recommend it as an entry-level fragrance for teenagers to young adults.

No 0815 Freshy
Smells very natural, slightly herbaceous, balsamic and fresh; for me a bit like a homemade tea blend.
As with most fresh fragrances, the performance of the scent is moderate, but such a light fragrance does not necessarily have to last for 8 hours.
Overall, Mirto di Panarea is my favorite from the Blu Mediterraneo line because it simply offers something completely different in terms of its fragrance profile than what I have smelled so far.
