...and smells like?
Since I've been asked a few times in the statement how it smells, I'll go into a little more detail here.

In the drydown, it is creamy, evokes spa associations, has a certain sweetness, is reminiscent of honey and flowers (probably lime blossom). And yet it is somehow different. Despite the spa, I don't feel relaxed because the fragrance is demanding the whole time, at least for me.

KN and the first hour, on the other hand, are difficult for me to describe and categorize. Without a fragrance pyramid, I wouldn't have recognized anything. With knowledge of the composition, I can definitely detect the beeswax. There is also always a certain floral note, but a very atypical one.
That's why I find it difficult to describe the fragrance.

I hope I was able to help a little with this review :D

Coffee is only dangerous if a bag of beans falls on your head
This sentence is written on the coffee machine at work, which, by the way, dispenses very good specialty coffees that are surprisingly good for a vending machine.

Just by way of introduction and clickbait :D
As is so often the case with coffee scents: I don't perceive this one that well. However, I can sense it. It's there, but it's wrapped up. Nicely clothed, so to speak.
Next, hence the review, because I can't get this down in a statement: I perceive it differently at all. This is one of the fragrances I tested several times before I dared to comment. I realized that I need to get to know it better. That in itself is a good sign when it comes to fragrances, as I had a similar experience with the Shalimar EdP, for example. It's an indication of a complex, usually good fragrance.

When I applied it for the first time, I thought I had received something wrong. There is a green version (Green Coffee or similar), did I get that by mistake?
Another look at the bottle: yes, it is the Dallah.

I find it totally fresh and green. According to the chart, I'm the only one who has also categorized it as "green". The coffee note is subtle under this green robe. Gradually the spice comes through, but for me it's a fresh green fragrance, not too heavy or oriental, so wearable in all seasons.

Once again, Xerjoff has managed to create something that I, at least, have never before sniffed in this form. I like the fragrance for this originality alone. Nevertheless, it is a little overpriced, which I have to say for all my love. But well, you get an original fragrance in a very nice flacon, packaged in the typical Xerjoff leather coffin :D

It's all over on Ash Wednesday
Today, on Ash Wednesday, I just wanted a subtle scent - to come down a bit from the great days, so to speak. I celebrated carnival for the first time in decades. Well-behaved, in a family circle, without a movie break, etc., but still celebrated.

Ash Wednesday is now a turning point. Although I always make the joke "I'm giving up on giving up", at least I'm giving up my beloved radio listening while driving. If necessary, I'll even give up a fragrance. But I stop at caffeine and sugar :D

These two introductory paragraphs are intended to show the mood where this fragrance has its strength and raison d'être. It's a quiet scent, not for the big show. It's great on subdued days like today. As I haven't worn it for a few months, I was surprised this morning at how beautiful it is. A few hours later, I sprayed it on again, partly because of its longevity, but also because I really wanted to wear it again. I had remembered it as being much more boring.
Well, what does it smell like now... Floral-fresh is actually a good description, but it's not really a floral fragrance. The fragrance makes you feel clean, well-groomed and definitely perfumed, but everything is discreet.

The wallflower that has no problem being overlooked or underestimated, because in the end it knows what it is capable of.

Always Ultra Hyper
Someone is said to have said of Vivaldi: "He didn't compose 600 songs, but one song 600 times."

In my opinion, this is far too harsh on Vivaldi. He simply has his own distinctive style, but so do other composers. Mozart is also relatively easy to recognize, but nobody would dare to talk about Mozart like that.

So while Vivaldi is being wronged, I have to say: YSL manages to put out the same fragrance over and over again. OK, this one is a little stronger, you have to be a little more careful with the dosage, otherwise it starts to get on your nerves. The Intense, on the other hand, has a bit of a latkritz and absinthe touch, but is otherwise quite similar. It's always the same fragrance DNA with the BOs that I know personally. If you know one, you know them all. Certainly, if you like the DNA, which is the case for me, then you like the fragrance. But you don't need all of them. One, or two from the series would be enough for me.

In my opinion, the most difficult and creative thing is the naming. Extrême, Intense, EdP, le Parfum... Ultra would still be free. Hyper would be something completely new.

Out of Space
While dear @Seejungfrau likes to let me run into the knife without the slightest warning and thus slit my olfactory heart artery, I was well informed and warned here.

And what can I say - this is a concept fragrance that I understand, that tells me a story and that I even, with a sense of proportion, find absolutely wearable! Admittedly, it's not a fragrance that I would want to wear every day, but that's true of many fragrances that I still like.

Yes, it smells kind of "electric". There's a bit of cable burn too. The air isn't the freshest, but it's OK. It's hard to open the windows - we're on the ISS after all! The apparatus and equipment evaporate, the crew wear a bit of cologne to keep themselves fresh, or at least bearable. But the weightlessness and the view of the blue diamond make up for a lot. In a few weeks, we'll be able to feel gravity again, meet family and friends and breathe deeply in nature.
Until then, we'll make the most of it in orbit in our little high-tech capsule, a mini island of life in orbit!

Here is the song for the review:
