Whisky X hazelnut
First of all, I think the fragrance is really cool.
You are immediately greeted with a sophisticated whisky note. The cocoa, or as I often perceive it, the hazelnut, is not long in coming and embraces the whisky in a harmonious way. The drydown reveals a slight sweetness from the saffron, but the previous whisky/cocoa/hazelnut notes are not lost.
The fragrance is special, I have never smelled anything like it before. It is by no means subtle, but I wouldn't see it as a scream in the face either, rather a good average.
However, you should know beforehand what you are getting into. The fragrance will certainly not appeal to everyone, and there is no question of a classic "crowd pleaser" here.
The longevity is very good, I usually smell it throughout the day, applied in the morning and in the evening in bed I can still smell it (not too strongly of course).
At approx. 150€ RRP (100ml each), the fragrance is definitely "good value".
However, I would strongly advise against buying it blind, it's best to get a small bottle and see if the fragrance is made for you.

The search has come to an end
I have been looking for a coconut fragrance à la Virgin Island Water for a long time.
Why not use Virgin Island Water right away? Anyone who knows the fragrance also knows the problem: you can't talk about "durability" with VIS, more like a one-and-done deal...
But let's move on to Party in the Bay:
Here you get a great cocktail. First, the tangy sweetness of the lime in the top note, followed by the lovely, creamy coconut and the ever-present undertone of rum. The sweetness in the drydown sometimes reminds me of Blanche Bête.
I found that it lasts around 6-7 hours, which is very good for a coconut fragrance. Of course, you shouldn't expect a powerhouse here, the fragrance doesn't scream in your face but doesn't hide either.
Very good price, RRP at 140€.
Due to the current hype on social media, the prices in the souk will probably not be too low. But the fragrance deserves it..
A clear recommendation for coconut lovers and even if you don't like the notes too much, you should give it a sniff.

Mango perfected
As the title suggests, I am more than enthusiastic about the fragrance.

Margiela's Most Wanted
It's no coincidence that when it comes to Margiela, you mainly hear about the Jazz Club.

Capri Sun Cola
When I smelled the fragrance for the first time, it brought back memories from my childhood. The scent is extremely reminiscent of the Capri Sun Cola variety, whether that's a positive or negative thing remains to be seen.
The fragrance is cool, I haven't smelled anything similar yet, but for me personally, Tonka Cola is unfortunately a case of "I appreciate the fragrance, but would never wear it".
This Cola DNA is simply not for everyone, for me it is too sweet and a little too sticky.
