Peach bomb, tonka bean & tobacco
A banging peach opening, on soft tonka bean and vetiver on a tobacco-sandalwood base.

These are the main characters of Triumph of Bacchus by Argos. A fragrance for special occasions, dates, etc. that makes a statement.

The top note starts with a peach bomb, which is defused over time, the green apple is also slightly perceptible with a fine nose, the rum and saffron round off the top note.

The heart note is very tart thanks to the vetiver and patchouli, the tonka bean and jasmine are subtle.

The base features sweet tobacco, soft musk, vanilla and spicy sandalwood.

The performance of the fragrance:
Fragrance: 10/10
Sillage: 8/10, I personally find it good, but not beast fashion
Longevity: 8/10 lasts about 8-12 hours
Flacon 10/10 only the extrait version is even more beautiful
P/L: 7/10

If you like the PDM Carlisle, Mancera Red Tobacco & CH Mystery Tobacco, you get the best of all three here

If you have the opportunity, you should definitely test the fragrance before buying.

All in all, a wonderful fragrance with a great character.

Are you the missing older brother of Torino 21?
Fresh, minty, floral and slightly spicy. That's You Or Someone Like You by Etat libre d'orange for me.

It feels like a fresh breeze in the morning, carrying mint with it, enveloping and accompanying you with light floral notes.

A truly great mint fragrance that definitely deserves more attention.

For me, it has a lot in common with Xerjoff Torino 21, which is why it is like a "lost older brother" of the latter. Only the rose distinguishes the fragrance from Torino 21 for me.

The performance of Torino 21 is slightly better than that of YOSLY, but of course it is also in a different category in terms of price. The sillage is averagely good, nothing earth-shattering.

If you are looking for a super fresh fragrance but don't want to spend €180 on Torino 21, the YOSLY is a great choice.

A very successful fragrance that is great to wear in spring and summer and is wonderfully refreshing.

As soon as mine is empty, I'll definitely be buying more!

The greener Accento
The Verde Accento is part of the "V" collection and store exclusive for the Harrods department store in London.

Fortunately, you can buy the fragrance in Xerjoff boutiques, just not everyone.

To be able to purchase this fragrance, you must already be a regular customer to be eligible to buy it.

That may sound silly, but it brings exclusivity. The price for this is €310, at least in Frankfurt.

The exclusivity described above - coupled with the incredibly great fragrance and bottle design - convinced me to buy one.

Now to the fragrance. It is a blend of the Accento, only blended, the Purple Accento and Accento Overdose.

The spiciness, accompanied by fruitiness, green notes with woody-floral tones makes an excellent spring-summer-autumn fragrance.

For me personally, the pineapple, citrus notes, soft jasmine and light peppery notes stand out the most.

The fragrance catapults me back to vacation every time I wear it. A great feeling that you don't want to let go of.

The fragrance is a dream, the longevity is great, the sillage is impressive. Even in the evening you can still smell the fragrance.

The exclusivity makes it difficult to test the fragrance anywhere else, except in the boutiques and in Harrods itself.

Anyone who has the opportunity to test the fragrance should definitely do so. The small number of pieces produced naturally makes it attractive for collectors to acquire this fragrance.

Definitely my favorite Accento from the series.

Electrifying spice
Yves Saint Laurent - La Nuit de L'Homme Bleu Electrique - the best fragrance in his line!

A mix of spiciness, sweetness, freshness, woods & light synthetics.

The fragrance starts wonderfully with cardamom, ginger and bergamot, changes over time with rose geranium and crested lavender and finally lands on soft cedarwood and vetiver.

For me personally, however, only the cardamom, ginger, lavender and cedarwood primarily stand out. The combination of scents is electrifying and spicy for me, the best choice in the La Nuit de L'Homme range. Perhaps hardly a comparison to the original La Nuit de L'Homme, but a good grab nonetheless.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, this "flanker" has already been discontinued. It can still be found occasionally.

If you can still find this fragrance from a reputable source, it is definitely worth buying.

As fresh as spring!
The Giardino is my go-to for spring and summer!

soft great (creamy) musk, green apple, fresh mint, powdery & light jasmine. An incredibly great scent trail that leaves people around you with a light cloud of fragrance.

Thanks to the perfume extract concentration, it lasts all day long, even after showering you can still smell it on your skin.

Very good to wear in the office, gym or in your free time.

I reordered my bottle as soon as I opened it.

Along with Orange Flamingo, this is one of the best summer fragrances for me!
