About 15 years ago, during my second fragrance hype phase, this was one of my favorite scents.
I even had the limited edition from Ducati.
Z Zegna Ducati Edition
As well as an extremely rare travel version in an aluminum bottle.
I was quite taken with it.
My main fragrance in spring and summer.
Definitely has a youthful appearance.
Target audience is probably a younger clientele.
New, it costs about €0.70/ml.

About the bottle:
The feel/grip is superficially smooth, as it is made of glass, transparent, flat, and wide.
It fits well in the hand.
Additionally, it has a rubberized plastic coating on the sides that prevents/slows down slipping.
Thus, good handling is provided.
The cap also seals the sprayer well. It sits quite tightly at first, but this becomes less so with more frequent use.
The spray head is located in the lower middle area.
Completely sufficient.

About the scent:
In the opening, there is a citrus freshness with strong aquatic notes, with slight hints of woodiness and a certain spiciness, as well as added green undertones.
The citrus components noticeably fade over time.

Longevity is about 5-8 hours, placing it in the good middle range.
Sillage is about 3-5 hours, which is also in the middle range.

Conclusion:
The scent was often worn back in the day.
I went through several bottles of it over the years.
At some point, I just stopped repurchasing it.
Certainly a pretty good fragrance, but it feels too youthful for me now.
It’s no longer the scent direction I favor, so it’s clear that the time would run out.
I still had half a bottle of the travel spray which I have now finished.

The texture/grip is superficially smooth, as it is made of glass, transparent, flat. Additionally, it is quite wide and grippy with plastic. It fits well in the hand.
Thus, good handling is ensured.

Completely sufficient.

About the scent:
Immediately after spraying, a slightly fruity sweetness emerges. However, it is quickly surrounded and enclosed by floral notes.
A light freshness joins in, which lightens the scent a bit.
But primarily, the floral dominance remains.
In the base, there is no added sweetness, in the form of plum, vanilla, and tonka.


Longevity is about 3-6 hours, placing it in the lower middle range.
Sillage is about 2-4 hours, which is in the lower range.

Conclusion:
I have tested the scent multiple times on my forearm.
I understand the theme with Woman, due to the floral dominance from the freesia.
However, I would tend to categorize it as young feminine based on its appearance.
In the end, nothing special, you wouldn't miss anything.
But then again, you can't really go wrong with the price/quality ratio.
There are definitely worse options out there.

After I had already acquired "Orage | Louis Vuitton," I delved deeper into the LV brand.
I was immediately intrigued by this one.
I had to test it, and maybe it would even go beyond that.
So, during a purchase in the store, I inquired about it and received it.
It costs about €3.60/ml new.
Not cheap, but affordable.

About the bottle:
The texture/grip is superficially smooth, as it is made of glass, transparent, quite wide, and easy to hold.
Thus, good handling is ensured.
Additionally, the dark bluish color of the glass and the dark liquid is a dream.
It immediately captivated me... I was in love again... as I tested it right in the
store.
The spray head is in the average range.
Completely sufficient, better than many other brands.
What I didn’t know at that time is that there are sometimes slight differences in the sprayers of this brand.
Sometimes a fine mist, sometimes it shoots out in puddles.

About the scent:
The fragrance starts shortly after spraying with immense, impressive frankincense, but it hits you right away. It grabs you immediately, whether you like it or not.
This understandably puts many off.
The smoky note is characterized by bright frankincense, but still strong, gnarly, scratchy.
I find it fantastic.
Additionally, it has a hint of medicinal notes for me.
Since I come from the healthcare sector, this is also pleasant for me, even delightful.
It also reminds me of insulin, which people with diabetes mellitus need to regulate their blood sugar.
An animalistic note could also be present.
However, I wasn’t particularly affected by this.
In the heart/base note, the scent becomes noticeably calmer, rounder, and thus more bearable for most people, if it even gets that far.
Then resins, woods, and leather become more noticeable.
Based on the scent progression, I would consider acquiring this. But... let’s move on to the next point.

Longevity for me is about 7-10 hours and is thus in the upper range.
Sillage is about 2-4 hours, which is also in the lower range.
I like scents that are powerful, forceful, and forward.
They shouldn’t disturb others, but I would like to perceive them more than just a little close to the skin.
That’s the point.

Conclusion:
I enjoyed discovering, wearing, and having this scent around me. From start to finish.
Especially with the beautiful appearance of the bottle and the corresponding name.
But the sillage is too shallow and peaceful for me.
I expect a bit more than just a glow after 3 hours with a gust of wind.

I got my first bottle from LV and yes, I was damn proud.

About the scent:
At first, the scent is fresh, clear,
herbaceous, slightly soapy, almost puristic in nature.
Like the rain before a thunderstorm.
But the twist comes with a bit of green herbal notes, along with some spice and a slight sharpness.
The pulsating, electric charge of the thunderstorm air just before the bang.

Longevity is around 6-7 hours, placing it in the medium range.
Sillage is about 4-6 hours, which is also in the medium range.

Conclusion:
I enjoyed wearing this scent, but on my journey through life, I have developed a certain aversion to green, herbaceous fragrances.
I still like the opening, though.
For me, this chapter is closed.

I bought this during my second fragrance hype from one of my favorite mainstream brands and wore a whole 100ml bottle.
At that time, I didn't find it that impressive, as I was 30 years old then.
So I didn't repurchase it.
Half a year ago, I gave it another chance. Nostalgic for the good old days, I got a 30ml retro bottle and finished it as well.
So far, so good.
New, it costs around €80 +/- €30 for a 100ml bottle.

About the scent:
Immediately after spraying, there is a fruity, sweet opening with a certain spiciness.
This indeed hints at a certain grace of orange for me.
But it is actually an apple.
Furthermore, the spicy note has a slight sweaty nuance over time, which comes across as somewhat unpleasant to me personally.
Despite the increasingly noticeable vanilla, it remains quite masculine.
There is also a hint of woodiness.

Longevity is about 4-7 hours, placing it in the middle range.
Sillage is about 3-6 hours, which is also in the middle range.

Conclusion:
I gave this fragrance a second chance.
I finished it completely, did not give it away.
For me, the matter with this scent is now finally settled.
It’s just not my thing, and that’s okay.
It will delight plenty of other people; it’s just not to my taste.
