Used to love it

Sorry for my English in advanced..
I used to be obsessed with it before truly knowing about what I liked in perfumes and the notes are very fresh and sweet to me and still like this but it’s too weak and doesn’t last on my skin at all…
I would love it if this would be more powerful and long lasting.

A young feminine fragrance. Very Pedestrian

Very feminine, very quiet, two of my favourite notes, however this doesn’t save this from being unbelievably pedestrian and dull(to my nose). Great gym scent, room scent, wardrobe scent and just before bed scent. Smells young and juvenile, but not in a cloying way. It’s just a simple, mass appealing fragrance with no nasty surprises. Not full bottle worthy, but worth a 10ml try.

The sillage isn’t that great but it does slowly lift of the skin throughout the day. The longevity is so so, I got about four-five hours. After 2-3 hours I had to bring my nose close to smell it but that may be olfactory fatigue as it is very linear. There’s no evolution with can bore ones nose.

What it is good for is layering with other deeper fragrances to add a floral, slightly fruity haze to other highly fruity + resinous or floral + resinous compositions. I’ve worn this with a few from Motif Olfactif, namely Nectar Boisé, Moments and De Toma à Zouma.

Baby's first perfume if you hate baby

At first there is a nice green apple scent (I suppose that is the quince) and a nice light musk holds down the base of the scent. There's really not much else to say about this scent. It's light and slightly fruity, but like there's a basket of apple somewhere around, you're not biting into a juicy apple. And those baskets are getting taken away even though you were sweating picking them and you don't get to enjoy a single one of them.
Fades very fast on my skin, within an hour it turns to a skin scent.

Apple Witout the Crunch

Chance Eau Tendre opens with a tangy freshness that immediately makes me think of apple - or rather, it’s definitely the quince. Either way, it’s fresh, light, perfect for sunny days when you want something simple and effortless.

But that simplicity leans a bit toward teenage fragrance territory: an innocent, sweet juice, almost too tame, lacking depth and character. It’s the kind of olfactory candy you’d wear for a relaxed afternoon, without trying to impress. For what it offers, it feels a bit overpriced.

In short, Chance Eau Tendre is a nice little treat, but it doesn’t really make me dream - just a gentle smell of apple, and nothing more.

Gorgeous scent with NO lasting power

I bought this scent a few weeks ago because I ran out of my old signature scent (YSL Mon Paris) and wanted something similar but a bit more grown up. I was so pleasantly surprised by this. For some reason, I hadn't tried any Chanel perfumes before (I was worried that they were very old-fashioned). I was waffling between getting this and Chance Eau Splendide. But I chose this.

Here's the thing--I absolutely LOVE this scent. It's sweet, feminine, classy, elegant and bright. It's extroverted without being in your face, bubbly without being saccharine. But almost two weeks later, and the bottle is half gone because this has no staying power at all. To have it last even into the afternoon, I have to spray down my clothes AND myself. And even then, I can never get it to last all day.

For this reason, I won't repurchase, but this scent still uplifts my mood and makes me feel beautiful, so I will enjoy it for now.
