Pastel Violet Perfection
There are fragrances that I like, but they leave me completely indifferent. Usually, these are scents that I categorize all in the same way: noble, high-quality, but still boring.
Even if I might be virtually stoned for this, Ametista also belongs to this category for me.
Ametista is pleasing and balanced from the very beginning. None of the mentioned notes stands out.
The fruits in the top note are subtly sour, the heart note is full-bodied floral, and the base is delicately sweet. Even the longevity and sillage leave no reason for complaint.
The namesake gemstone fits the fragrance theme very well, in my opinion, as Ametista strikes me as pastel violet.
Personally, Ametista is too smooth and naturally too floral for me. But personal preferences aside, they shouldn't be up for debate, yet it's hard to completely detach from them.
Those who are willing to pay the price for this fragrance probably want exactly that: pastel violet perfection.
