Deserves more attention than described here.
The smell is super expensive, I already recognized that in the shelf but I had to try it .
The first impression was sensational, different, elegant, sensitive, special!
In the evening at home my husband said : buy ... immediately :)

I had a hard time ... had to test several times in this price range ... but voilà the fragrance , this special, this elegance, this presence, these precious oils , have won .
It's warm, soft and very sexy.
I take it very dosed ... a splash is perfectly enough and accompanies me the whole day.
Speaking of days, I was in the testing phase. This fragrance is of course rather for the evening, for special occasions in a beautiful dress, or simply to feel exceptionally good
I can highly recommend him and find him incredibly successful

Cherry liqueur ... Tonka beans with nutmeg seem to have this effect. I don't feel any anise. Vanilla is associated with the database. Sillage is good, longevity is excellent. Hand reaches for this bottle. Definitely in the evening. It won't be suffocating in the summer, but it still seems to me that in the cold season it will be like a big cashmere scarf, warming up with its warmth. I don't hear any rose at all, but the aroma of spicy cherry is distinct. Muscat adds spice to the cherry, it is clearly heard here. This scent adapts to a meditative perception of the world. No, this is not the smell of Indian incense. It is the scent of nobility and self-respect. Very persistent!

What a perfume !!!
For the first test, sprayed on a test strip, I smelled medicinal mouthwash ... um ... could that be? I sniffed further and a spicy fresh cherry emerged ... nice, but the mouthwash, I don't know.

The next day, the skin test. Still a hint of mouthwash ( oh no! ) However, as I continued to wear the fragrance, I realized that what I had perceived as mouthwash directly on my wrist sprayed a great minty freshness around me as sillage. Wonderful!
The "cherry liqueur" then joined in and I could really feel the fragrance. As the day progressed, a beautiful creaminess developed that radiated warmth and enveloped me. That was the first time I thought: this is like home! And that thought now hits me every time I wear this fragrance.

I have fragrances that carry me through the day, that make me taller, more attractive and more self-confident. I have a fragrance that used to walk next to me annoyingly like a nagging toddler when I wore it. And now I have a fragrance that makes me feel at home no matter where I am.

Definitely a very special, special fragrance, but in my opinion, not necessarily just for special occasions. I also don't find it particularly oriental. Longevity and sillage are very good, the bottle is to die for.

Sooo classy !!!

An incredibly noble fragrance from the Contessa! Starts off cherry-spicy, as if nutmeg and pepper had been sprinkled over a juicy, sweet cherry.
Jasmine and tonka bean are also super beautiful! I do not perceive rose.
It has this great oriental touch, but is also beautifully spicy and minimally sweet.
It doesn't go in the gourmand direction in my eyes! I'm in love with it, and it's challenging my previous signature fragrance for this position.

Masterpiece

Unfortunately, the Moresque collection is not available for testing everywhere in my region, although you do occasionally find the odd bottle. I searched in vain for the Contessa. But then I decided to buy it blind and I don't regret it one bit.
It is a very elegant women's fragrance. Even though cherry is not listed, like the previous speakers, I also perceive it. Sweet and spicy at first, it gradually becomes wonderfully floral. If you don't like rose, don't worry, it doesn't stand out too much. For me, ylang-ylang and jasmine are much more present. The fragrance also has an incredible sillage, my husband didn't even notice his own scent (not exactly a quiet perfume either) next to me. And he was at least as blown away by this elegant fragrance as I was.
An oriental masterpiece by Andrea (Thero) Casotti.
Contessa is just one of many Moresque fragrances that he has developed as the main perfumer for Moresque. Absolute recommendation on my part and I will definitely buy it again and again.
