incredible!

really, really good. to me, smells a lot like Cheirosa '62 or Vacation Vibe. but smells very different in different temps. I'm not claiming it's a dupe or really truly comparable, the reason this smells similar is because of the almond and pistachio combo. but this has its differences. namely, it's sweeter and warmer. I think this one works better for fall, while Cheirosa 62 is an easy year-rounder. there's also what feels like a bit of a floral that I really perceive. not sure what that might be.

noting that my thoughts and feelings on this scent and Cheirosa 62 keep morphing, and also these things smell weirdly and drastically different depending on the temperature. never bad, just different. this review may be subject to change for a third time.

Soft and cozy with a slight nuttiness

This is a body mist, so I never have high expectations for longevity. But I absolutely love this scent for bed or home days. Soft, sweet, light, and slightly nutty. I will say, when I first bought it, I smelt it only on paper. When trying it on my skin at home, it initially smelt a bit off. However, after a week, the scent profile finally started to make sense. I mainly get the vanilla glaze with a touch of almond.

So happy that I didn’t return it!

One of the best pistachios I've tried - with a sad ending

THIS is what I've wanted out of a pistachio fragrance! So many gourmand pistachios have fallen flat for me lately - like "Yum Pistachio Gelato | 33 | Kayali" (not gourmand + too synthetic), Pistachio Brûlée Eau de Parfum (too powdery for my taste), Praline & Pistachio (I got buttered popcorn), etc.

To my nose, Pistachio Crème smells like a realistic creamy puff pastry - filled with a sweet, pistachio-flavored custard center. It's rich, ultra gourmand, and delicious - not overly nutty, salty, or "buttery", the way many pistachio notes come across.

But sadly, I didn't experience the same magic on my skin as I did on the tester strip. It ended up smelling like expired cereal on me, so I unfortunately had to pass on this one.

One of their bests!

I did not try the last pistachio scent from Victorias Secret, mainly because it was a dupe for SDJ 62 and i dont need another lol. So i can’t say how similar the notes are, especially the pistachio note.
However, this is SO good! I actually rarely get the pistachio note in this scent, it is mainly the vanilla and almond.
The vanilla in here smells exactly like melted vanilla ice cream, the melted is important because the scent of vanilla ice cream does differ when it’s “frozen” and melted lol. It is super warm and creamy, the almond isnt really strong in here, I mainly get it in the background. It does have a slight “sharpness” with it but that fades pretty fast and i only noticed it in the lotion.
