A harmonious fragrance

flows into your nose when you put on this little treasure by Karl Lagerfeld.

If it starts out citrusy-fruity and slightly green, the flowers soon make themselves known.
The base soon adds a lot of warmth and rounds off the fragrance.
A beautiful evergreen for the whole year.

Winter Fresh

The Christmas package of a dear perfume reached me at the right moment, because I was tired and exhausted from a long car ride.

The friend, however, was lively and downright "electrified" we had but picked up his new E car.

I squinted at the inviting sofa - longing to lie down.
But he still had so many questions - and I didn't want to spoil his good mood.

So I found Karl in the parcel - along with his address.

And already the first spray woke me up from my tiredness.
Fresh and clear the fragrance comes at me - and despite its green coolness it fits into the winter - as the bright winter sun shines in it.
The tangerine is aquatic and the tart fruity grapefruit is dimmed by the violet leaf.
The floral parts are also fresh, and patchouli and sandal provide creaminess.

I'm reminded of Gabrielle - but Karl offers more green vibrancy.

I can concentrate and respond to questions again - which pleases the friend.
Shared joy is double joy after all.

But more beautiful than first thought

I have already written a statement about this fragrance but yesterday I tested Paris 21 Rue Saint-Guillaume again and I have to say that it is more beautiful than I thought... When sprayed on, it is briefly sparkling and slightly green, but quickly becomes flowery, warm and very creamy. None of the flowers stand out particularly, they were beautifully combined with each other.
The fragrance is very feminine, romantic, well-groomed and also elegantly reserved, which really makes it an all-rounder.
Price/performance really super :)
