Freshly washed laundry on the run
My preference for clean, fresh fragrances is unmistakable in my collection. My current HG is Fleur de Peau, review to follow.
Valjues is a German niche fragrance brand from Cologne. All fragrances are vegan, genderless and produced by hand in Germany.
Tweelve was released in 2021, the heart notes are ISO-E-Super, fresh linen and cashmere and also jasmine and musk in the top and base notes. A dream from the data sheet.
Well-groomed, soft, delicate, slightly woody fragrance with a very faint H/S. A fragrance that vibrates gently on your skin and gives you a moment of relaxation, still damp linen curtains in the sun. I like freshly washed laundry fragrances, unfortunately I don't notice jasmine at all. In the dry down a certain similarity with Not a parfume or with the
Molecule 01 from Escentric Molecules.
Not too fresh for winter, but also fresh enough to wear in summer.
Personally I don't like wooden caps, they give me eco-meets-buckwheat organic vibe. A most definitely unisex or even slightly feminine ISO E super. Again, as with other molecule fragrances, every skin radiates the scent differently!
A fresh, quiet cleanliness, personally it still reminds me of AnOther 13 by Le Labo. Pure, soft and creamy, a bit like a second skin.
Not everyone knows the difference between detergent fragrance and fresh laundry fragrance: Detergent fragrance often smells sharp, synthetic and pungent, fresh laundry smells of comfort, softness and familiarity.
The preference for this scent stems from my childhood, addicted to this time capsule and moments from back then, moments that were carefree, enjoyable and full of life.
Since then, I have been searching for cleanliness, care, security and being at home, because emotions smell the strongest. In the brain, not on the skin. Nostalgia and synthetics are so close together here.
Fluffy, freshly showered, creamed, close to the body. Gentle and unobtrusive.
Pure, simple (but not simple or even banal), cuddly, comforting, radiant, well-groomed. Soft and carefree. Clean-fresh evergreen.
Cashmere and light musk used harmoniously, unfortunately without jasmine. Missed opportunity to lend uniqueness to the fragrance.
You could extend the shelf life a little with Molecule 1
Medium sillage, you have to spray 4-5 times. In my opinion, the short shelf life does not justify the price.
