Well...

This was a first impression and Highness X , The opening was a real joy and that last maybe 2 minutes max and then this really become a mess , rarely do a do a review on a fragrance that is bad but this is not it . The first three hours is mostly smoke and sweet notes that does not mix well. After about three hours once the tonka calms down and the vanilla push forward then only then it becomes a nice fragrance. If the dry down was more prominent in the fragrance it would be a winner but in this case it takes too long. But one thing that I will say that if you like fragrances like by the fireplace you might enjoy this , but I don't.

Rock star without the spotlight!

I have not yet been able to test the entire Highness Collection line, but I absolutely loved the ones that were tested. Of course, they go completely under because no influencer is making waves for them and Afnan's marketing department is not the best ...

The design could have been created by Christopher Chong when he was working for his former employer Amouage.

Somehow he is not in the limelight where he actually belongs !

The base is earthy / woody but not in an off-putting way but much more like an oud accord. The fruits are primarily in the background while the last part is herbaceous at the back.

Sounds a bit confusing overall, but Amouage fans should try it! It could be sold for far greater sums over the counter.

Was a new fragrance discovery after a long time :))
