Price/quality top
This is an awesome choice if you want a good fragrance for the colder days&nights. Warm, spicy, sweet, woody, rich and complex. Some people are comparing this either with pdm layton or ysl tuxedo but I see this as taking its personal path.
This is not cheap smelling or too synthetic. By the contrary it smells refined, expensive and well put together.
You will find it for 20-30€ at times, in a gorgeous heavy bottle, with very heavy metallic cap and a big wooden box. So also the presentation is gorgeous and it doesn't look cheap at all.

When it comes to performance, this will also surprise you.
10+ hours and beyond if you spray a lot.

Projection ? Good or very good I might say. If you spray a lot it might be a little bit overwhelming so test it and see.

I bought this and the blue twin brother blind and both of them are very impressive, especially this one for my taste. You have awesome quality smell, great price and very good performance.
Another great creation by Afnan.

Not exactly a Tuxedo clone but good for its price
I’ve heard about this clone for over a year and finally decided to pick one up. I enjoy YSL Tuxedo so much and have very low expectation for this fragrance.
It surprised me in a good way. It does resemble the Tuxedo style scent profile, but it’s heavier, denser, spicier, woodier for my experience, a little more oriental at the back ground. Tuxedo appears to be more like unisex type of scent, and Turathi brown is more in a masculine way. I like them both, as separate fragrances.
The longevity of Turathi brown is decent, projecting well when over spray. I don’t consider it as a tuxedo clone, but it’s quite nice for the price. Great mass-appealing scent.

Turathi Brown EDP by Afnan
Recently, I have been hunting for a tuxedo dupe. I was not quite satisfied with Alhambra Kismet because it lacked depth, but aside from that, it was actually a pretty decent & economical option.
Turathi brown definitely carries that tuxedo's vibe, but still, I would not classify it as a proper clone of tuxedo. Afnan took tuxedo's DNA and made their own thing.
Judging turathi brown on its own, it is actually beautiful, warm, spicy, slightly sweet, non-linear, and better suited for cold weather. Officially for men, but I think women can pull it off as well. Projection and longevity both are great, no complaints. Rich & luxurious presentation, and great value for money. Certainly, deserves a place in my collection.

Great warm vanilla fragrance for men
I have not tried YSL Tuxedo but did get samples of Moustache EdP and Turathi Brown to do a comparison. To me Turathi Brown is pretty linear - after about the first minute it was pretty much the same through its life. I essentially got a big bomb of vanilla with some warmth - that is, it wasn't sharp spicy, more like a smooth warm backdrop to the vanilla. It sorta reminded me of Spicebomb Extreme without the extreme spice. It's almost as if the heart notes were it. Didn't get any of the top or base notes. Best I can describe it. Longevity, projection and sillage were all very good. Overall, a very nice, warm fragrance.

Compared to Moustache EdP, the two are quite different to my nose. Trying them both didn't give me an idea on what Tuxedo must be like. Moustache starts out green and then picks up a floral note (couldn't identify it exactly as rose). The green retreats as the vanilla becomes more prominent. The vanilla stayed in balance with the floral note, unlike Turathi Brown which is a vanilla bomb pretty much.

Neither fragrance is terribly sweet, only a basic sweetness which I found appealing. Turathi Brown came across to me as more masculine than Moustache. The performance of Moustache is good but Turathi Brown is better.

So, it just comes down to personal preference. For me, I'd rank Turathi Brown above Moustache and that's what I'll be getting.

Amazing value for money!
I bought this blindly, after falling in love with a tuxedo tester at KaDeWe. I didn't have the money back then and forgot about it a bit. Then this one came along for 30€ and I pulled the trigger. It didn't disappoint! It's such a gorgeous scent, warm, rich, spicy, without that "Arabian twang" that so many of the dupe fragrances carry.
The performance is outstanding on my skin. Sprayed it on 13h ago and it's still going. Perfect for fall and winter.

I had a decant of moustache and I could not stand it... something in there was so unpleasant to me, I gave it away. Turathi smells way less synthetic to my nose and way more expensive. I'm really impressed!

Generic man smell, if this is what "Le Vestiaire - Tuxedo | Yves Saint Laurent" is supposed to be, get this one every time.

Smells smoother than "Moustache". Very classy parfum with good sillage. Lasts a long time.
Good for cold weather. Smells "warm".
