Vanilla Meets Tropical Fruits
Hayana, tropical fruits with a light citrus note dance closely intertwined with white flowers on a creamy bed of vanilla aromas.
The fragrance greets me with a fruity sweetness and a splash of tangerine for freshness. Heliotrope exudes a gentle vanilla aroma.
Slowly, cautiously, gently the white flowers join in, never intrusive, never dominant. Orange blossom, is that you? Am I discovering a shy jasmine? The flowers are so wonderfully balanced that none pushes to the forefront. The rose remains very much in the background, in my perception.
Over time, the fragrance becomes creamier and sweeter, with the vanilla joining in, enhancing the sweetness of the fruits. Yet it never becomes sticky or whiny.
All the fragrance notes are blended so beautifully together, complementing each other, keeping each other in check or supporting one another, that Hayana is a total work of art for me.
The fragrance is a beast when it comes to longevity and sillage. Like all ahmed al maghribi fragrances, the concentration of fragrance oil here is very, very high.
