To my nose, this is a lovely blend of cedarwood, musk (not white musk), jasmine, lavender and light fruity notes. In the opening the cedarwood is a little masculine but after the first few minutes, it mellows to a unisex blend. This is simply loveliness.
According to my sample:
Top notes: hyacinth, lavender, fruits
Heart notes: iris, jasmine, pink pepper
Base notes: vetiver, amber, oud, musk

First of all, don't let the name of this fragrance trick you into thinking it is a typical oud-based fragrance because it is not. It might be sitting quietly in the background but definitely not dominant.
The beauty of this fragrance is that all of the ingredients are so well blended that picking out any individual note is difficult. It's crowd-pleasing, all-weather, pretty much unisex, and lasts for an eternity. Only 3,4 sprays are enough for the entire day.
Definitely, one of my favorites!

Also good without Oud

This fragrance is a blind buy that I made based on reports on the site and online. To put it briefly, I think the scent is really great but I can't agree with many opinions and perceptions.
Before I start, I had the fun of running the manufacturer's advertising text through a translator. Just to see what comes out of it and how it aligns with my experience.
Let's begin:
Oud Lavender is an ethereal olfactory experience that reflects the sweet playfulness of spring in the quirky (I find this translation brilliant but somehow fitting) diamond shape of the bottle. The rich and cheerful top notes of fruits and hyacinths are balanced by the more mature heart notes of iris and pink pepper, and finally merged with the enveloping roughness of agarwood oil notes in the base to create a powerful yet soothing fragrance. With this bottle, feel the invigorating cool spray mist of the sea on your skin at a lazy (is Oud meant here?) beach.

Interesting result, right?
If I had only focused on the "quirky" bottle, the fragrance would never have ended up with me; it doesn't appeal to me visually at all. The spray head is nothing special, but it produces a fine mist.
For me, the fragrance opens very sweet, almost feminine, but this calms down a bit over time. I really find it hard to pick out individual notes, but I would say there are fruits (without definition, just in the form of sweetness) and a very slightly floral note. I can't detect anything in the form of pepper, but I do perceive a certain freshness that remains present for hours, just like the light sweetness.
A minimal woody note can also be felt in the drydown.
Sweet, fresh, and rounding off with a bit of woodiness, that sums it up best for me. In this combination, I haven't experienced a comparable fragrance yet, but I personally find that less problematic; finally a bit of originality.
However, I don't experience a beast mode here either. Right after spraying and for the first 10-15 minutes, the fragrance is extremely present, almost overpowering, but that settles down quite quickly. After 3-4 hours, I can still perceive it on my clothing and subtly in the air.
Price/performance definitely works for me here.

Very close to Accento.
