Jasmine and blackcurrant with beastmode performance
I can't believe that nobody has commented on this dream in a white flacon yet. It's probably because the Ahmed al Maghribi brand is not yet so well known here. I predict that this will change. This is now the third fragrance from this brand, and like its predecessors, this one is a dream with infinite longevity.
This fragrance was a blind buy, but from the scent notes I could already guess that it would be to my taste. Blackcurrant...I really like it, jasmine...it could be a bit more. Add to that cashmeran and vanilla in the base, what could possibly go wrong? U
And the fragrance actually delivers everything the notes promise and much more.
It starts with a clearly perceptible blackcurrant, sweet with a small sparkling accord. This is reinforced by the bergamot, the pink pepper, used very discreetly, is only perceived at the very back of the nose. It elegantly balances out the sweetness of the fragrance.
Shortly after the very fruity-sweet opening, my beloved jasmine joins in. Powerful, present, yet never too loud or overpowering.
It has the suppleness, the light creaminess of cashmeran and the sweetness of vanilla in tow. I don't really notice guaiac wood. This will also serve to prevent the fragrance from slipping into kitsch. Despite the sweetness, the fragrance remains elegant and feminine.
A dream in a white robe.
