Vinyl carnations

This is not a library, not even a teeny tiny bit, but I'm not mad! It smells so good! Opens with herbal lavender water and black tea, then carnations, ink, moss, leather, and vinyl come through. Herbal, mossy, and glossy carnations, with a hint of leathery plum. Later, mahogany wood shows itself, and it's warmed by lemon! I cannot describe how, but the lemon is not citrus-y, instead it warms the wood notes! I like this a lot!

Comfortable Vinyl

This scent started very strong with the lavender water and rose for me. Not sweet, but definitely herbal and a bit dusty. After a few hours the vinyl, leather, ink, and mahogany really began to shine. I wouldn't say this is library adjacent, but it does smell very nice and dark. Personally, I loved how the scent shifted over time and the variety that it provides. The vinyl + leather is also well done, and I definitely enjoyed this scent overall!

Smells like a lot of things, none of them library

Starts out with a powdery sort of violet-lavender that reminded me unpleasantly of scented garbage bags. The smell is actually not bad, but once I made that association in my head, I couldn't get away from it. It dries down to a considerably more friendly warm leather, with a hint of the same smooth richness that I loved about Cabochard (2019) Eau de Parfum . This really isn't bad, but I can't imagine reaching for it over any number of alternatives.
