Number 1 fragrance for women in GCC
Im leaving in UAE since few years now.
This perfume is the essence of the sexiness Arabic women.
It is so potent and incredibly attractive.
You will have this fragrance "in the face'' but it is not outrageous.
It is mysterious, luxury, elegant and kind of authoritarian.
I love when my wife is wearing it.

This is a millionaire smell. You'll impress a lot by wearing it, the silage is for ever.
One of my favorite fragance.

The lasting base of seductive musk and wild rose will bring back nostalgic memories of romantic histories, while the soft top notes of peach and fruit blossom capture the joy of confident women today. With an elegant and sultry allure, feel irresistible while wearing Madawi." - a note from the brand

Typical Arabic
Typical Arabic has a reference to hospitality.
Many Arabs I met in fragrance shops have met me with an open and generous nature. With tea and rest Offer what they love.
So Madawi is also to be classified as a fragrance.

At the beginning sweet peach with blossoms opens a familiar atmosphere in the mind.
Everyone has probably bitten into a fruity ripe peach and indulged in this pleasure.
It also has familiar, yet this Arabic perfume effect.
It's hard to describe. Because so typical.
Has something oily, soapy.
The base remains rather in the background, in the foreground there is clearly fertility of the flowers.
Here a clear product is created with just a few ingredients.
A great fragrance, more for women, from all over the world.
For me a reason to travel the Orient again.

Fragrance for women and men...and everyone in between and beyond.
Well, I'm not a professional, rather a complete newcomer to the "fragrance scene". I've been reading here for a while now and I'm always blown away by the beautiful descriptions of the fragrances I can read here in brilliant words that match what I'm currently sniffing.

But I have to jump in here and try my luck, so please be gracious with me! ,

Madawi by Arabian Oud is really something special. If anyone thinks this fragrance is only for women, they're wrong! According to the list here at Perfumo, 3/4 men own this fragrance - so flowers aren't just for girls, are they? The fragrance starts with a really fruity mixture of peach and something slightly green and also sour for my untrained nose, maybe it's the apple, I can't tell. Everyone has bitten into a slightly overripe peach, the kind that gives way softly when you bite into it and then the juice runs down your chin. It smells so delicious that you almost want to bite into it. Then comes the heart note with rose and jasmine. It's like a walk through a summer garden where everyone is welcome, whether they like flowers or not.

And then the base note: musk and patchouli. This gives the whole thing a really nice depth and warmth, like being in mom's arms after coming home to her after a long time. It's as if the fragrance embraces you and doesn't want to let go so quickly, because this composition lasts all day, whispering in Madawi's ear... "Hey, I'm here for YOU!"

So, whether you're a man who is open to new things and wants to try them out, or a woman who doesn't fancy typical floral fragrances - Madawi is your new best friend. Or girlfriend. Or whatever. The main thing is that you feel good about it! Be free, live your life and enjoy it!!!

The one I didn't even know I needed yet.
Floral or fruity fragrances are not really my thing. I prefer gourmand-sweet, like runny pastries and desserts. That's my thing. Heavy, sweet, room-filling.
Floral is usually too subtle and volatile for me, fruity often doesn't seem "natural" enough to me, it usually feels like a laboratory concoction. Most of the time it simply has no tension, no rough edges. I'll keep it short at this point: Madawi is different.

I also find the fragrance really difficult to describe clearly. It's either because I'm still completely blown away or because the fragrance notes are simply so skillfully coordinated that they flow into each other without a seam or a hitch. I suspect it's probably a mixture of both.

Madawi really gets down to business in the opening. I immediately notice both peach and apple blossom. For floral and fruity, Madawi is also quite loud. It already projects well here, but remains pleasant. The wild rose joins in quite quickly after about 30 minutes and here I actually feel like I'm sticking my nose directly into a deep pink wild rose blossom on a warm day. I love this fragrance. Beguiling and captivating. Feminine and soft. The note stays with me throughout the entire fragrance.
Patchouli gradually adds a little pinch of tension, this light spiciness to the delicately fruity florals. However, this does not make the fragrance overly spicy, it just gives it more depth.
Musk makes the fragrance fluffy, soft and clean.
Truthfully, however, I must also admit: I have no idea what pineapple blossom smells like...

Madawi is my big exception among the fruity and floral fragrances. It has a certain mystique to it, is incredibly luxuriously clean, floral-fresh and yet slightly sweet and at no point artificial, cheap or chemical, which I often don't like. Over time and on warm skin, it becomes really creamy. Somehow I also thought it might be too heavy for warm days. This is not the case! But since it really packs a punch, you have to dose accordingly.
Arabian Oud-like are H&S 11/10, an absolute beast. One spray is enough and it permeates the sweater and fills the room. So THAT'S my thing! And with a fragrance like this? Unexpected.
The bottle is a hit, the packaging is classy, I think Arabian fragrances will always be my personal highlight.
I think I'm going to get weak here again....

Fruity-floral with a hint of "too much"
Hi folks,

I already had the Madawi Eau de Parfum in my possession after hearing so many good things about it - and I was really excited. A luxurious, fruity-floral fragrance with a soft base? Sounded simple but promising enough! But after I got to test it frequently and intensively over a longer period of time, I have to say :

It has its strengths, but also its weaknesses!
The start? A sweet but unfortunately also synthetic wave of peach and apple that immediately jumps into the nose. At first it feels juicy and radiant, but after a few minutes the fruitiness unfortunately quickly becomes too intense and synthetic.

After a while, the aforementioned floral notes come into play, especially this pineapple blossom but in my opinion also a subtle "rose" note. It does become a little more elegant here, but the fruity sweetness remains very present and overpowers the whole thing somewhat. I would have liked a more natural development here, instead the fragrance remains relatively linear.

The base of musk and patchouli (with the exception of rose, which I think appears earlier) should actually provide a nice finish, but they have no real influence. The fragrance retains the fruity-sweet synthetics and leaves them in the foreground. Those who like intense fragrances will perhaps appreciate it - but for me it could have been a little more rounded.

Longevity : Top! No question, the fragrance stays on the skin and in the air for hours.

Sillage : Very present! Perhaps even a little too much of a good thing - I would be cautious in confined spaces or on hot days.

Conclusion? Madawi is a powerful fragrance, but for me personally a little too sweet, synthetic and intrusive! If you love intense, fruity-floral fragrances, you might find what you're looking for here - but if you prefer more natural, subtle compositions, you might want to test it first!
With kind regards
