Disappointing performance even for a freshie

I love the citrucy opening, but that so short lived. The dry down (which appears pretty fast) does remind me of imagination and pacific chill mix but someting in it doest work right for me. Its imbalanced.
But the most important point is the longevity. Its becoming a skin scent after an hour. No projection, no sillage.

Incredibly refreshing cheapie!

Wow, for $30 this is such a great summer freshie!

I just had this arrive May 2nd so it has obviously not macerated to its full potential but already straight out of the box it is wonderful, exactly my style. I'm a huge citrus freshie fan and this is right up my alley.

It opens with a MASSIVE blast of candied citruses. A medley of chopped oranges, lemons, mandarins, tangelos, and the like. A true hesperidic's dream. I could smell this opening all day and never get tired of it.

It stays fairly linear throughout the mid about 2 hours in, drying into a creamier popsicle style of citrus which is also pretty appealing. I have caught whiffs of my own sillage working at my computer or moving my arms around (where I sprayed) and sticks to my skin super well.

As of the first day owning it, I don't get many notes of tea (Ala Imagination vibes) but I will update this review 4-6 weeks in.
The dry down on day 1 (4 hours in) smells fairly weak yet clean in a 'lotion on fresh skin' kinda way, mixed with the Kitchen Lemon scent from Bath & BodyWorks (not that it smells cheap or like soap/lotion/sunscreen).
I am not worried about performance because I'm confident it will grow into such a summer banger, despite most citrus frags being weak performers. I can already see myself knocking out 50% of this bottle during this Summer 2025 because it is SO enjoyable.

Bang for buck, it is a summer stunner especially if you also love citrus! I might layer it with Light Blue Eau Intense for a bitter then sweet combo.

Huge similarities with Afternoon Swim by Louis Vuitton in the beginning (yes I've owned decants of that one so I can comment on how close they are). They do differ after 20-30 minutes as Odyssey isn't solely focused on citruses as Afternoon Swim and the former lasts longer anyway. Odyssey is still pretty linear but evolves much more than Afternoon Swim ever will. I don't exactly get Imagination similarities but maybe it will grow into that after maceration.

I am disappointed

Due to all the hype on TikTok, I got this fragrance. To be honest, I don't understand where the excitement comes from. The scent is quite mediocre, an artificial citrus. The performance is weak as well. In my opinion, it's totally overhyped - there are plenty of better fragrances (also from Lattafa). From the Odyssey line, I can recommend Mandarin Sky instead.

Beautiful citrus-creamy top note

Once again something about an Armaf, a great affordable brand from Dubai. Of course, this brand is mainly known for fragrance twins, but there are also independent creations. Here, it seems to be slightly inspired by "Afternoon Swim | Louis Vuitton," but it is quite distinct. There are really many options for this LV, even in the budget range. If you're looking for a true dupe for Afternoon Swim, you should rather look elsewhere, as this one has its own vibes. This Limoni has a light lemon candy vibe and can definitely be considered a no-brainer on hot days. For me, it's not a scent that blows me away, but it still does a good job. The Odyssey line has grown quite large, and many themes are covered. Here, you naturally get what you expect: a lot of lemon and many citrus notes in the top note. Later, it becomes slightly spicier and more aromatic with some marine notes. I can recommend this scent for people looking for an uncomplicated citrus refresher at a low price.

The bottles in this line are maximally ugly, but that's a matter of taste. The only nice thing that saves it a bit is this summery design that already brings some joy. Otherwise, the overall design is a fail for me.
The scent, however, is successful. Broadly speaking, this scent is, as mentioned, an option for Afternoon Swim. It’s a great mix of citrus notes and also light marine notes. Lemon, bergamot, mandarin, and orange are very present. Lemon and bergamot are citrusy and zesty, while mandarin and orange give this top note wonderful juicy-fruity notes that soften the whole thing a bit. It feels refreshing and has those light lemon candy vibes like a mix of Nimm2 lemon & orange. After the top note, after about 2-3 hours, spicy notes like ginger come through. Combined with marine notes and a light tea note, it’s totally smooth and really pleasantly soft. The aquatic aspect is very pleasing and easy to wear. The base consists of clean musk and a light amber warmth. No major highlights in this scent, but it's totally easy to wear. In my opinion, the best part of this scent is the top note. Overall, the scent has turned out well, but it’s not one that stands out significantly from the crowd. For this price of around €20 for 100ml, I can recommend it as a no-brainer.
Performance is decent for this DNA and this price range. I would estimate the longevity at around 6 hours, and the sillage is in a good average range. This scent is definitely unisex and suitable for fans of citrus-fresh fragrances.

Overall, a decent scent that does well what it is: a citrus refresher for warmer days. Not an adequate alternative to Afternoon Swim, as it is more independent. I like it a lot.

Not bad. Smells fresh. It's a pool side perfume to throw in your bag when at the pool or beach. Nothing more. Ok for the price (23 euro)
