No Dishwashing Obligation
I started the Arteolfatto series with the beautiful Ambre delicious and then came the equally fine Bois precious - but in between were creations that I simply find unbearable.
But I would like to stumble upon a gold nugget again - and so I continue to dig.
Now it's Vanesya's turn - and it does not trigger an immediate dishwashing obligation.
It is not quite as sharp as its predecessors - the vanilla note softens the sharpness, and a celluloid tone emerges that reminds me of my grandma's old shellac records, which I loved to rummage through while listening to Rudi Schurike.
This nostalgic value makes the scent bearable for me.
I cannot recognize the other listed ingredients for the life of me.
However, Vanesya is still not fully approachable - it is too quirky for that.
But I don’t want to "work for" fragrances - they should come to ME.
And Vanesya is also willing to oblige.
At least it doesn’t tingle all the way to the frontal sinuses - like its predecessors - and the memory of the old gramophone records was nice - but for me, it’s not a candidate for purchase.
