Isn't this niche, though?
I would say yes, despite the very pleasing DNA, but that depends on how one defines niche for themselves.
We have here an individual, extraordinary, and creative packaging with a nice reference to the brand owner. I like!
The bottle design as well as the cap also seem "new" to me, just like this type of plaque (the quality and craftsmanship of the plaque and its attachment could still use a bit of improvement).
Overall, however, this is a refreshing and above all coherent presentation, which I think deserves some praise.
Whether the scent fits the presentation and the story is something everyone should judge for themselves. Maybe I'm also missing some information, but I wouldn't have expected something so fragrant.
Now to the scent: As we all know, this is a slightly gourmand fragrance for the colder days of the year. If you only look at the notes, you might expect a lot of sweetness, perhaps even something feminine? In my perception, that is not the case here.
Sure, it's unisex, but the scent tends a bit more towards the masculine and it has by no means a lot of sweetness, which I greatly appreciate.
It's also not a classic Christmas market scent that will easily cut through icy cold, at least I believe that currently.
I see the scent more in autumn and on mild winter days.
Bonne Nuit is therefore much more versatile than I expected. In my view, it can also be worn well in everyday life. There is a certain elegance to it, but it is also a lovely casual scent.
As the only point of criticism regarding the DNA, I sometimes get the impression that Bonne Nuit doesn't quite know what kind of fragrance it wants to be, but that's not really a problem, as it proves its complexity that way.
The performance is really good, so there's no need to worry, and if you indulge in enough sprays, it works well in the snow.
In this sense, have beautiful cold days!
