Cuddly Body Language

"Body Tender" is a subtle little fruit that likes to run around naked. Okay, that sounds a bit intrusive. However, the scent is the exact opposite of that. A soft apple in the top note, a slightly soapy rose as it develops, and a velvety veil of musk laid over it - and there you have it, a go-to fragrance, an intimate nudist, a sexy clean scent. A fragrance between two lovers. At least in its most romanticized conception. This is how Disney princesses imagine the scent of making love.

Extremely subtle, always stylish, the opposite of overloaded or intrusive. A beautifully whispering counterpoint in the usually screaming mainstream women's market. No sugar, no squeaking, no bling-bling, no in-your-face, no pick-me. Soft, silent, stylish. Flower-child sex in fragrance form. Not always necessary, but always works. Unmade-up, natural, and pretty. The perfect mix of wallflower, athlete, and ball queen. Love Me Tender!

Bottle: a bit wobbly but nice.
Sillage & Longevity: a skin scent lasting no more than 5 hours.

Conclusion: soft, pleasant, unobtrusive, human - "Body Tender" is a powdery musk nudist that lives up to its name. Fine understatement.

Comforter and All-Rounder

Life is a quiz - and we are just the contestants… guessing, guessing, guessing. And among other things, we guess whether this blind purchase will meet our expectations and hopes this time? In this case, the blind purchase was indeed bold, because first of all, no Burberry scent has captivated me so far, secondly, certainly not Body (on me it’s sharp, prickly, rose-like) and thirdly, I have had little luck with blind purchases so far and have largely weaned myself off them. Exceptions confirm the rule, of course... With Body Tender, I simply relied on the comments. I bought it back in late summer, but now it really deserves a comment, as it is currently in use.

What else can one do in a spring-like winter like this with 14 degrees Celsius, where the beloved winter scents just don’t bring any joy? Something heavy is too much, something summery is too fresh. So, a woman needs something soft, unobtrusive, nose-pleasing, and still warm. And that’s where Body Tender comes in just right. Nothing stings or pricks here, everything fits. The scent is soft and rounded, floral and warm, creamy and not sweet. The sillage is strong at first but soon weakens a bit. On me, Body Tender lasts quite a long time.

With this lovely comforter and all-rounder, I feel just like that: comfortable and well-groomed, always and everywhere. When I really don’t know what to wear, I often reach for this one. Because with it, I can never go wrong. Body Tender envelops the wearer all day long with a pleasant, warm feminine aura. Exactly the right thing for this winter, which is a spring…

Soft Elegance

At first too citrusy, but then "Body Tender" transforms into a beautiful, soft fragrance that smells of apple blossom, pleasantly light with rose and distinctly of jasmine.
A subtly spicy, woody note occasionally emerges.
Later, the apple note becomes stronger and more prominent again, and the citrus note reappears, this time more subdued.
Overall, the fragrance represents pure elegance for me in every situation.

Warm and Soft and Floral

This is my first perfume review and I ask for your understanding if I make one or two faux pas.
Today I want to talk about my latest acquisition, Burberry Body Tender.

Practically since Burberry Body hit the market, I have been a fan of this fragrance. Most of the time, I don't think much of the light summer variants of various scents - but not with this one.

It starts very similarly to Burberry Body - strong and sensual with a hint of sweetness.

However, after a while, the strength fades - what remains is a soft, slightly floral, fresh summer scent - yet it retains a slight heaviness. A bit freshly showered, but more with a cream shower gel and not with a fruity shower gel that you use after sports.

It envelops you warmly and softly and feels grown-up. For summer, I love D&G Light Blue and Be Delicious, but this fragrance is elegant - not sporty, rather seductive - not girl, but young woman, something for the day, the evening, or work.

However, be careful with the dosage.

One to two spritzes are usually enough to enjoy it - otherwise, it quickly becomes intrusive and too present.
