Toothachingly sweet
Not revolting but very much plain and simple toothachingly sweet creamy vanilla. Bombastic sillage and longevity. I reach for this when I want to be enveloped in a gigantic marshmallow.

Is that enough for you?
Is a nondescript sunscreen bottle enough for you?
Is a sillage that one might expect to be more extreme with that name enough for you?
Is a longevity of 12 hours or more enough for you?
Is just vanilla & musk enough for you?
Is a light and airy vanilla cupcake enough for you?
Is a caramel filling that can be interpreted into this simple scent enough for you?
Is smelling as sweet & delectable as the tastiest Christmas cookies enough for you?
Is a price under the €100 mark enough for you?
Is a brand that is more associated with vacation creams and such enough for you?
Is a 100% linear fragrance enough for you?
Is a scent with only 1-2 facets & notes enough for you?
Is it enough for you that musk either smells bad or clean like soap?
Is it enough for you that hardly anyone knows the difference between EdT and EdP?
Is it enough for you that only 2 perfume enthusiasts have commented on the EdP?
Is that enough for you?

Vanilla with Mint?
So, my first comment here (even if my experiences in this area are not very extensive ;) )

I recently bought this fragrance more or less blindly because I wanted something that smells like vacation. After a quick sniff, the scent was decided. A fresh, not too sweet vanilla for me.

During my first proper tests at home, I noticed something strange. At first, the scent on my skin quickly heads towards wild strawberry, and after a few minutes, what was just berry-like becomes fresher, almost leaning towards camphor or mint. Mint and vanilla? Does that fit? Somewhat unusual, but also refreshing. Apparently, this fragrance behaves this way only on my skin. On my husband and mother, who also got a spray, it presented itself quite differently. Interesting!

This contrast lasts for about 2 hours, then the cool mint bids farewell and warm caramel comes to the forefront. The scent then remains like this for many hours. The longevity is very good for my skin, which usually absorbs everything. The sillage is also just right. Enough for the first compliments, but not too intrusive.

Here the name says it all [or Vanilla Muffin filled with Caramel]
If you are looking for a vanilla scent, you are in the right place.

Vanilla through and through. The name could not be more fitting. However, there is another component: The scent is accompanied by a caramel-like sweet heaviness.

There isn't much more to say about it. The scent does not really develop. The vanilla simply becomes a bit heavier and slightly powdery (probably the musk). In my opinion, the scent does not smell artificial, which is quite nice.

What is very surprising, however, is the longevity. The scent lasts forever on me. Without a proper shower, the scent remains on the skin. And just as it smells 20 minutes after application, it still smells the same 20 hours later, perhaps not quite as intensely.

As mentioned, I recommend it if you are looking for vanilla and enjoy a heavy, very warm scent.

Actually, it doesn't fit into my usual fragrance preferences, which lean towards light citrus, green, aquatic, floral, and slightly sweet. But sometimes I quite like this scent until the heaviness threatens to overwhelm me and my nose craves something lighter.

[Addendum:

It is foggy. Cool. Once again, it's time to unpack some warmer scents. I've already received a compliment about how good I smell. And another one. Aha, so the scent has sillage and brings me compliments. Surprisingly, I have been perceiving the scent with every breath all day so far...

The scent: Imagine taking a warm vanilla muffin out of the oven. The whole kitchen smells deliciously of this muffin. You want to bite into this muffin immediately, devour it, and have another one. Then, finally biting in, airy vanilla, warm on the tongue, then, a core of warm, smooth caramel, heaven on earth. But then, bite two, bite three, the muffin, although deliciously tender, the caramel on the tongue a dream, you are satisfied and don't want any more. You would love to eat more of it, but somehow it is too heavy. I like this scent (originally a blind buy) more and more, and yet, this heaviness soon makes my nose crave something lighter, and yet the muffin calls again and again.]

Vanilla Ice Cream and Sunscreen on Warm Skin
One of my favorite vanilla scents. It starts almost synthetic, like butter vanilla baking aroma, but in a fascinating way. Childhood memories on one hand, yet quite sexy on the other. Like sunscreen on warm skin.
This vanilla has nothing sad-morbid like Un Bois Vanille by Serge Lutens or Vanille Exquise by Annick Goutal. Nothing floral, nothing woody, nothing burnt.
Only positive associations: vanilla ice cream in a freshly baked waffle. A holiday flirt. A Carambar (French caramel candy) that has gotten a bit soft in the beach bag.
The longevity is good, but not extreme like, for example, L by Lolita Lempicka.
You can't complain about the sillage. However, the scent is so addictive that it never feels strong enough. You want to smell it even more intensely, pressing your nose firmly against your arm until you almost feel a bit dazed. Like when you fall asleep in the sun on the beach.
If you can't find the EdP anymore, the EdT is a good alternative. It smells very similar, just not quite as oily-intense.

My mother's light yellow, still warm vanilla crescents. Delightfully sweet and sooo... buttery soft and crumbly that they melt in your mouth.
Genius.

Here, the vanilla dances on top! It actually smells like the EdT, but this one is a bit longer lasting and more intense. Delicious!!!

A gourmand, just as it should be. Buttery at first, then milk galore. Vanilla. A friend picked up raspberries, I got cinnamon.

for a "pure" vanilla scent, it's well done. A bit one-dimensional, but those who seek exactly that often find disappointing competitors.

Dark-creamy vanilla opening
with a nutty-caramel development,
bright-floral-gourmand base.
Very delicious :)
