Spicy fruit
Yet another addition to the Addict family. This is a fruity floral that's appropriate for summer...but I think it could be pulled off for early fall too. The cranberry and cherry are most prominent, with a bit of cedar and spice (cardamom maybe?) even though there are no spice notes listed. This is a summery blonde version of Nina Ricci by Nina. Longevity isn't particularly good, and sillage is fairly weak. I like it, but not at the price it fetches for.

Addict Eau Delice
By a stroke of luck, I received a sample of the fragrance today (I don’t even know when it’s officially released), so I was even more excited to be able to test it out in peace. After all, I need to know if it can join my Dior collection ;-)
So, about the scent. After spraying it on, I was surprised; it was completely different from what I had imagined, even though it clearly states "fruity-floral," and this description is actually spot on. It is very floral and fruity, and above all, not nearly as sweet as I somehow expected.
After the initial surprise, I thought, "oh yes, this works, it’s quite nice." There’s no overwhelming euphoria, but I hardly had that with any of the newer Addict fragrances. After the quick spray, I found myself in my own Eau Délice cloud, which is very pleasant and not overly intrusive. The scent has something soft about it, perhaps ylang-ylang, very rounded without any sharp edges. After a few minutes, a lovely warm jasmine note unfolds, mixed with something fruity (the fragrance pyramid mentions cranberry; hmm, that could be possible, but I’m not sure).
The color of the bottle matches the scent like the famous fist to the eye; there are fragrances that are "green" or blue, which usually means aquatic, but this one shines warm red-orange. After a few more minutes, another nuance can be sensed, something powdery... or maybe a bit woody?
Somehow, the scent feels incredibly familiar to me, as if we’ve known each other forever, but I just can’t place where from.
I just had a fleeting thought that it might have a tiny resemblance to the original Poison? Just much sweeter and, above all, lighter. The longevity seems good at first, but of course, that would need to be tested in everyday life; it’s certainly not a fragrance bomb like Addict 2002 or Poison.
Overall, it’s a lovely scent; whether it polarizes, I don’t think so.
Who the fragrance is suitable for, well, good question, old, young, small, tall, fat, thin ;-) Just based on the release date, one might think it’s a summer scent, and I wouldn’t even disagree with that.
But I wouldn’t disagree with anyone who convincingly tells me that Eau Délice belongs in winter. I can imagine it on a powerful woman in the office, or on an elegant lady in an evening gown, or on me while shopping (I’m not in the office :-D); I think a lot is possible. The fragrance is definitely worth a try, and I’m already looking forward to other opinions :-)

Ylang-Ylang as far as the nose can reach
Surprisingly, I discovered Addict Eau Délice today in the red drugstore and immediately sprayed it on.
Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed, as the Addict variations have always seemed very fresh, sweet, and light to me, somewhat girlish.
This Addict is very floral; shortly after spraying, I smell jasmine and especially ylang-ylang. Ylang-ylang dominates the whole time and somewhat overwhelms me with its floralness, until the scent is no longer perceptible after 5 hours. The cranberry unfortunately hardly comes through for me; it can only be sensed through a slight acidity. The scent is very sensual, feminine, lightly powdery, and only slightly sweet. Therefore, I think Eau Délice is more suited for established women who know what they want.
I agree with the opinion that this scent doesn't really fit summer, at most for mild summer nights.

Eau Délice reminded me a bit of the "Anti-Stress" shower gel from Palmolive. ;) Maybe it helps some to relax.

My Obsession with Dior!
"Dior" embodies for me everything that I love. This also applies to the perfumes. Whether they all suit me is another question. But I find them all, in their own way, to be feminine and elegant.

The same goes for Addict Eau Délice. The regular Addict had been on my wish list for a long time. However, in the summer, the scent suddenly overwhelmed me so much that I switched to a lighter version.

Shortly after spraying, the Eau Délice variant enchanted me with a floral dominance that still tries to make its wearer appear delicate and feminine. I also received the typical Addict note that I expected. And in a way that can adapt well to any season.

All in all, one of my absolute favorite scents. Again and again...

Cherry Delight
~ Inspiration ~
I had hoped for a summery variant of "Addict" with "Addict Eau Délice," which wouldn't be quite so overpowering.

~ Bottle ~
A pale, salmon-colored tone, in the familiar lipstick shape of the "Addict" line. The name addition "Eau Délice" (Delight) already suggests a gourmand touch.

~ Fragrance ~
Upon spraying, it is initially a bit sour and bitter due to bergamot and cranberry, but after a few minutes, it becomes fruity-sweet thanks to the ripe cherries. Sunny, delicate jasmine blossoms, roses, and ylang-ylang form the floral, slightly powdery heart. Bitter almonds and creamy vanilla provide a fresh, gourmand note that fades into soft musk.

~ Longevity ~
On my skin, it lasts about 4-5 hours (a bit longer on clothing and hair). You can comfortably use several sprays without it feeling overwhelming, as it is sweet but also quite fresh and subtle.

~ Occasion ~
A delicious fragrance for the warmer days and evenings in spring, summer, and autumn (also suitable as an office scent).

~ Conclusion ~
A lovely combination of cherries, blossoms, and vanilla for a fruity-gourmand yet summery aura.

Ylang-Ylang, cherry, and later the typical Addict vanilla. I like this one the least from the series. It's the Ylang-Ylang that does it.

From the start, I’m hit with a strong cherry/cherry blossom note that reminds me a bit of Un matin au Jardin/Cerisier en Fleurs by Yves R.

Barely sweet on me, very floral-fresh, a bit green, beautifully rounded by a soft note. Berries present, but more subtle.

fresh cherries, fresh floral-something, very fine
but also very quickly subtle and close to the skin, H could be better
But plenty of cherries!

A creamy, sweet mix of cherry and cranberry. Soft and lovely, and more intimate.

Fruity, floral, sour, sweet with a hint of pencil. Interesting combination!

Reminds me a lot of Happy Hour from the same house, but more complex. An easygoing, floral-fruity mood booster.

For me, it's more cozy than floral/fruity. Bitter almond adds a bit of sharpness. Okay for the office. But there are many similar ones on the market.

It's no longer available, a very fresh and sweet scent. It brings back nostalgia. I loved it so much! What a shame ☹️
