Holy Baking

This is the smell of a luxurious sweater that someone wears in winter every time they go to church. The soft and comforting sweater has soaked up the scent of the church's incense. Once mass is over, you walk back to your bakery where you start mixing up your spiced batters. The incense and spice blend together, making a scent that kinda gives a Holiness to the art of baking.

This fragrance does have some aromatic qualities, the incense and spice lift off the skin. Its creates a close scent bubble and those nearest you will wonder if you just got done with mass or baking. This fragrance lasted on my skin 5 hours.This fragrance comes in one size, a 100ml for $390. Its a good scent, but not that good.

The name sounds like you're about to spray holy water into the air, but don't worry, this scent isn't meant to banish demons, but rather to embrace your inner shadows.

Top note:
Puritas does not enter the door with a friendly greeting, he enters in full toga. It is dark, tart and powerful, like a noble drink, not one with fruit and umbrellas. You can smell the resins and the smoke strongly.

Heart note:
As soon as the incense subsides, a spicy woody heart with a floral note opens up. Here the fragrance begins to speak but in Latin.

Base note:
The base is the real powerhouse, a touch of ancient philosophy. The wood, patchouli and labdanum come out extremely well for me here.

Conclusion:
Puritas is not a fragrance for people who get up in the morning and wonder which yogurt suits their mood today. It is a statement, if you wear it in a suit you will be respected, if you wear it in sweatpants you will be feared. For all those who like to smell incense and mysticism.
