Now, when you try this in 2021 it may not seem very special...
but I'm pretty sure it was special when released in 1997. If it seems reminiscent of something else to you, it's probably because it reminds you of hundreds of Axe/Lynx, Adidas and many other deodorants and body washes.
The notes in this - and similar scents popping out at that very moment in history - have laid the foundation for how "fresh", "sporty" and/or "active" scents were composed for the next twenty years.
Green and clean, it's a tad aquatic on a base of grapefruit citrus freshness with apple, mint, lavender, oakmoss and a woody patchouli. Really nice, but unfortunately nothing outstanding in today's world of perfumery.
