Do it right, do it good
Been going back and forth on what an appropriate title for this scent might be. From mating, tame Indian forest cat to oriental spice clean biscuit... but sandalwood biscuit hits it quite well.
The fragrance is called "Musk", but must agree with the reviewers before me, I do not smell much musk, for me no superficial musk scent, much more spreads a fine, very well woven in itself coherent woody scent on a blanket of shy musk, dominant sandalwood, some cedar and guaiac wood. It is very round in itself and does not go through a strong development. The top note gives a subtle citric note that lasts for about 10 mins on me. Already in the top note you can guess where the journey goes. It becomes quite quickly woody - warm - balsamic - creamy, in short: really delicious. Animalik does not come through with me.
For me, a fragrance to snuggle in, strong tendency as an all-day fragrance for autumn and winter, but for the latter it would be a bit weak as soon as you leave the house in freezing temperatures. It suits men who like rather woody-warm (slightly sweet) scents perfectly, fits easily into the current zeitgeist in the sense of a sensual scent for autumn and winter, possibly even on a fresh spring day, as currently. I also see it on women who want to show edge without standing out strongly but still prefer a slightly masculine touch. I wear him very gladly.
It's not a one-off fragrance, but it's uniquely well crafted, from front to back - just smooth.
I do not know the EDT, so unfortunately I can not compare. I have an original sample that I guard like my eyes and hope that the sharing to Musk will soon be full. A filling is sure for me, at the latest in the fall, the bottle should move in. Very sad that this great fragrance is limited!
