Kyoto Edition - Jinko Florascent 2013

Frankincense, oud, clove, rose, and cassia: quite a powerful combination that feels very rich and balsamic.

Unpleasant, smoky top note. "Spicy medley" that doesn't appeal to me.

Jinko is the eagle tree (Oud) - initially intense, animalic. Later it becomes soft-woody and milder, with delicate resins and a hint of rose powder.

Jasmine and oud don't blend well at first, sounding dissonant. Soon, however, it transforms into a lovely sweet rose cream.

I don't recognize any floral top notes, instead it's animalistic, dry, not sweet. Wood, leather. The base remains friendly-woody.
