Let a few flowers merge with honey and rum
Voyage à Paris really appeals to me. Ever since its release, I have liked it from the very first spray, and that remains true to this day.
One lets a few floral accords merge with some honey and rum, and finally adds a few woody accents.
That is Voyage à Paris.
The fragrance starts for me directly with floral notes, but pleasantly!
I also immediately perceive a rum accord and a slightly licorice-like impression.
This is something special and not bad at all, but as a non-licorice fan, I was glad that this impression faded relatively quickly for me. In short, it is simply a wonderful orange blossom soaked in some rum.
The honey also enters the fragrance field relatively quickly. It harmonizes wonderfully with the rum and the floral impressions.
The honey simply blends with the rest, and so the whole thing comes across as super elegant and good.
I like this bright floral impression combined with rum and this super pleasant honey sweetness.
Towards the end, vanilla also makes an appearance. You can feel it!
Although I would say it is already noticeable a tad earlier. It definitely becomes woodier and rougher for me, but still within a totally beautiful and pleasing framework.
