A New Favourite

I got this perfume after the other two in the series, and I'm torn between No. 1 and No 2 being my absolute favourite, but I'm leaning lightly toward this one.

This is unusual in a good way. It's got some odd notes, and nothing smells like it (that I've tried anyway). It's simply divine. I love the lychee and chocolate notes combined with the praline and vanilla. It's wonderfully gourmand. It's just lovely and nice and puts a smile on my face.

I have to be fair and say that the sillage and longevity aren't great, but it's very inexpensive, so you can apply it often and liberally.

In Love Like Crazy

This was the perfume that made me start wearing fragrances at all; I bought it in 2011 at Rossmann because I made a detour into the otherwise generally avoided perfume section out of pure boredom. It was a very low-priced scent, and I randomly smelled at "something" - back then, I didn't know a single fragrance, as I never wore perfume. And what can I say? Sexy Me No 1 immediately said: "Buy me, and do it now!" The scent is very feminine and sweet on the skin, it lasts a surprisingly long time for such an inexpensive fragrance (at least 6 hours) and is by no means overpowering or heavy. It smells like "being totally in love," "being young," just as if everything were perfect in a late summer world; I feel very comfortable with it and associate it with the love of my life, which is probably due to the time when I discovered it.

At no point in the fragrance pyramid does it feel heavy or annoying; it is simply "there," without becoming intrusive. Unfortunately, it can no longer be purchased, so I use the last remaining bit only for very special occasions, even though the perfume smells extremely suitable for everyday wear, and I would love to smell like it every day. I am actively searching for a similar scent or even a twin, but so far I haven't been able to find a single fragrance that comes even close to it... So if anyone has an idea, please share it ;-)
