Mysterious and seductive

This is one of my favorite scents ever and I think it's underrated, but at the same time I want to gatekeep it because it's so special. It's sweet but in a spicy, peppery way. It's mysterious and seductive. It's interesting and unique without having to be loud. It knows what it is and doesn't have to shout it to draw attention - those who can appreciate it, will.

Fly little butterfly, fly.

It was a completely normal day off, and we decided to go shopping. (If only I had known how this day would change my fragrance life). So off we went in the car to the nearest bigger city. As I left the parking garage, just looking for a relaxed shopping round, I saw Aventus in the first store's window. Out of love for the scent, I HAD to go into that store. After a brief consultation, I was introduced to the vivid velvet. It was sprayed, I smelled it, and it hit me like lightning. One of those wonderful moments when I knew I wouldn't leave this city, this place, without having bought this fragrance. I sprayed it on my arm, and we went to eat. Again and again, I had to smell it; again and again, this feeling came over me: wow, how wonderful you are. At the restaurant, I grabbed my phone; I had to find out if there was a chance to get this fragrance at Zouk. And indeed, they had it. Back home, with this beautiful warm, sweet, fruity scent on my arm. Where do I want to categorize it? Of course, I want to go to a Christmas market now and eat as much cotton candy as I can. These exotic fruits with a splash of blood orange nestled in moss and mellowed with brown sugar. This (in my opinion) masterpiece by Jesus del Pozo had to be in my collection, no matter the cost. It is definitely something for winter, but as a signature scent, it doesn't matter at all. Of course, I hadn't washed my arm and enjoyed this wonderful heart scent that Nightology has brought to life all night long. The theme was wonderfully implemented. The next day, I took the dog for a walk in the field. There was a bench where I rested a bit and looked into the distance. Then I saw it. A butterfly flying towards me. After a few rounds where it flew around me left and right, it landed right next to me on the bench. That was probably the sign I needed to take action. I need this butterfly. I grabbed my phone and got this beauty, and I’m so glad I have it at home in my collection. Please don’t be mad at me; it was my first review here on Parfumo. Maybe I could even help.
