Colorful peacock wheel in scented form
Such a rare piece that only I have. Once again- no comparison review, no statement, "virgin" in the description.
Speaking of "virginal" - the fragrance is not at all. It is as colorful as a peacock's wheel, has an olfactory splendor of color that is unparalleled. And it is enormously powerful. The aromas that are all around are remarkable. There are powdery flowers here, shimmering in azure blue and velvet red.
Chamomile adds its white-yellow commentary - indolic and subtle. Peaches with reddish velvet skin and golden yellow flesh. And then there are the spices, which could fill an entire bazaar with their scent. Cinnamon in all its variations, cloves in the darkest spicy brown - aromatic and mysterious. Green cardamom combines with striped caraway, sprinkled with vanilla. Wood peels out of an earthy patchouli pellet, but cannot contain the rest of the flood of fragrances.
I perceive "L' Amour" as an oriental evening fragrance - for the big "robe" in shimmering peacock colors. Less for everyday wear and more for fall and winter.
