Overpowering, synthetic berry note

This has a beautiful blend of amber and caramel, that unfortunately doesn't come through enough - because the berry note chokes out everything else.

The berry isn't refreshing, deep, or true to life - it's just very prominent, and rather flat/synthetic. Mixed with the amber/resinous notes, it felt like a too-sweet potpourri to my nose.

If anyone has a recommendation for something else with similar DNA to this amber/caramel base, please let me know!

Generic?

It's a sweet gourmand alright. It is nice, a bit strong for about the first hour but mellows. I do not fell that this is worth the price tag however. I think it's a dry vanilla/caramel type scent with the honeysuckle we know and love from the original VLJC. I prefer the original and the Noir version. I found this at TJ Maxx but am going to return it. It just doesn't wow me.

i have complex feelings on this, one one hand this is the most nostalgic fragrance i ever owned it reminds me of being one of the only little girls my age in the masjid running after the older girls bc i didnt feel like getting manhandled by the boys, they would take me with them after prayer and buy me chips & cheese at the corner store my dad never gave me any cash i would go to their houses and it smelled like spices and their caramel perfume

on the other hand it gives me the most acrid bug spray smell

all the men at my summer job last year loved it, safe to say i decluttered

A luscious scent that's surprisingly suitable for every season

This fragrance is definitely the standout from the Viva la Juicy line. It has a rich gourmand take on the original VLJ whilst maintaining its original flirty and fun DNA and it results in this delicious, sexy scent that in my experience has garnered me numerous compliments when I've gone on a night out. What I also really appreciate is how flexible the scent of this perfume is - it works for cold winter nights but would also work for warm summer evenings. Many complain about the VLJ bottles and while I actually think they're cute despite the massive bows, to be quite honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Gold's hot pink 'Couture' on the front and its polka-dot bow. And while this perfume is a little much for everyday use - and its longevity leaves a lot to be desired - I absolutely recommend getting this perfume if you want to smell appetizing and seductive for a night out.

Little fave

If I compare next to the OG (viva la juicy - juicy couture) and "Sucré", I can tell it’s creamier and more caramely, but alone sadly I really cannot tell If it has caramel.
It’s more creamy - white flowers like, I don’t think it’s for teenagers only, actually it’s a very light and soft white floral perfume and it can be worn by everyone.

This is a 100% safe blind buy for me and it’s absolutely so good.
