Elegant Natural Guy
This is the only unisex splash fragrance from Marc Jacobs that I would intuitively recommend more to a man than to a woman. It has a woody, spicy-smoky note distinctly marked by coniferous resins. I find it quite substantial, although by no means oriental. It has a certain natural ruggedness, combined with a certain masculine beauty - think Canadian lumberjack. Like most Marc Jacobs fragrances, it comes across as rather puristic and accessible, which, in my opinion, makes it very refreshing compared to the baroque splendor of a "Pasha" (Cartier) or the affected sportiness of "Azzarro pour Homme."
Unfortunately, the edition is limited - but if you see a bottle, I can warmly recommend "Ivy" also considering the affordable price.
