My first real perfume
I was gifted this fragrance when I was about 15/16, and it was my first time owning anything stronger than a body spray.
It's light, fruity, and smells like the color of the bottle.
It's sugary but not heavy, with a vague berry note; almost like those candies with strawberries printed on the wrapper. The raspberry isn't too synthetic or overpowering; it smells more like a hint of a mix of strawberries and raspberries-- think LaCroix.
It can come on a little strong at first, especially if you are an oversprayer. It doesn't have great longevity, but it fades into a softer, muskier version. In my opinion, once the raspberry wears off, it can lean fairly soapy, like a sweet shampoo. I wouldn't consider it creamy unless you're smelling the clothes you wore it on the next day.
This is a very girly scent, and great for the springtime. The target demographic is definitely on the younger side, and I don't reach for it as much as I did when I was younger. It would be a good gift for a teenage girl whose hobbies include frolicking, picking flowers, and singing songs to bumblebees.
Now, I only really wear it to study for organic chemistry (sigh), but I would definitely recommend it for teenage-young adult girls with a love for whimsy.
