Sweet poison
This fragrance is possible to divide audience.It is an idiosyncratic,unique,warm blend which balances betweensweet and bitter.The oppening is strong with a sweet,herbal and less spicy essence with a delicate bitterness and it's dificult to ignore the cyprees and sage vibes.There are also cinnamon but not in the same way as CK Obsession.I recognize also a slightly touch of pennyroyal and myrtle(the memories of this smell is always in my mind as I remember my grandma, when I was child in Samos island ,to boil water in the fireplace mixed with sage,myrtle and other herbs which she was collecting from the forest for our bath with green oil soap in the metall washbowl.Yes, she had no a proper bathtube...)Sorry me for being a little nostalgic.
At the drydown there are also woody(cedar) and less powder vibes finishing with a very,very small drop of ''poison'' ( is the tolu balm ? ) inside the sweet and bitter wrapper.
The longevity is OK for me (7,5) ,in clothes stay more than a day ,in my scin about 6-7 hours and the sillage is a little bit more than moderate (7 plus). I suppose it's a little bit synthetic, but well done. For me it is suitable for the evening or night out and not for the hot weather.
Recommended, but first test it.
